Not good. Coat came back dusty and looking dirtier than before. Others have complained too. Not good.

Do not bring your clothes here!!! I brought 5 brand new shirts in to be laundered one came back with grease stains all over it (front, back and both arms). These ignorant fools tried to tell me the shirt was like that when I bought it. I know for a fact there was no grease stains on this shirt when purchased at Dillards.
They wouldnt even refund the cost of the cleaning of 1 shirt. I will never be back and I suggest you do not use this place ever.

I have not had any of the issues the other guy had. We have been using them for about 10 years and the worst we ever had were broken buttons every now and then (old shirts) and once the starch was visible on the shirt.
Besides those two issues, I love them. The owner is New York gruff but really nice under that. He hires high school kids and really help them with their first job.
So there will always be issues with large machines and tons of laundry but they have been awesome for my family
