I only eat here when absolutely desperate to use the drive thru rather than get out of my car and there’s not a local donut shop closer. The service is slow and mediocre. The donuts taste like they’ve been sitting out a while and the coffee tastes stale and watered down, but what do you expect from Dunkin Donuts? Want amazing? Stick with the mom and pop shops who really rely on their locations turning a profit.

I just went to this Dunkin Donuts location for the LAST time today. I have been to this location about 6 times since I started my new job in Carrollton. They have managed to make my coffee wrong each time I have been there. Is it hard to ask for a French Vanilla hot coffee with cream & Splenda? Not only do they make my coffee wrong but their coffee always seems to have a weird taste to it. I am from the Northeast so I know what a good DD coffee tastes like and their coffee does not taste good! They are also very unprofessional. The one day I went inside to get my order, the two employees were arguing out loud at each other. Can’t believe I am saying this but… I will be taking my business to Starbucks down the street!

Tried Dunkin Donuts iced coffee for the first time yesterday at another location. It was great so I ordered the same thing today at this location. Completely disgusting. If I wanted a large brown ice WATER I would have scooped some out of the gutter in lieu of driving across town to pay for this junk. It’s as if they ran out of coffee, but instead of brewing some more they just filled it up the rest of the way with water and hoped I wouldn’t notice. Well I noticed. And it sucks. And the person that made it sucks. And if I weren’t terribly lazy I would drive all the way back there to deliver this review in person. But I am. So I won’t. But next time, if there is a next time, be prepared for a taste test in the parking lot and Hell to pay if you get it wrong again. In the form of a polite, yet stern, conversation with the manager. Interestingly enough, raging out over really shitty coffee is just about as effective at waking me up as good coffee. So I suppose the drink served its purpose?

DD is always a fav when back on the east coast as that’s the only donut shop there is so when I find them here in north Texas it’s always a treat! Upon visiting this one however I was disappointed in the cleanliness of it-or lack thereof! Also my son and I wanted to sit out front on the patio but the hundreds of cigarette butts littered all over the space made it unsightly as a family establishment! The one in Frisco is much nicer and cleaner! I’ll only do drive thru again here if at all.

Great Boston Kreme donuts, good customer service, and quick threw the drive threw. I just wish their coffee(no cream/no sugar added) didn’t always taste slightly burned. Maybe it’s the beans they use?

We are Texans transplanted in WA where most chains are PNW based. WA tends to prefer home grown(local) and they do not warmly welcome outside businesses easily. What few donut shops we have tend to offer more cake based or fancy donuts. While, I do like trying an interesting flavor I lean towards the classic donuts. When we come home to TX we always make a trip to Dunkin for a chocolate sprinkle donut and munchkins. We stopped at the W. Hebron location and their selection was scarce and not a chocolate sprinkle donut in sight. We asked if they would be refilling and they said no. Disappointed we looked up the closest Dunkin and luckily it was a quick 3 miles down the road. We made the drive and we’re happy that they not only had my coveted chocolate sprinkle donut, but they seemed to have a larger selection that they kept continually stocked. The gentleman who rang us up was friendly and we were in and out with our TX treats.

This place is extremely inconsistent. The training either is terrible or the workers do not give a damn. Anytime I order a Bagel, Toasted, w/butter and cream cheese, it never gets toasted, and they always forget the cream cheese. Half the time my coffee is wrong also. Order hazelnut, get cinnamon, or mocha. I think these kids aren’t even listening to what you order. Been going here since it is so close to my apartment but I am going to start looking for another place. Wanted to give them a second chance, but they have screwed up half of my orders in the last 2 weeks. They had enough chances. Now someone else gets to earn my business.

I was unable to get what I wanted as the lady could not understand English, which happens to be what most of us speak.

This Dunkin started out rough. Sometimes they would run out of breakfast sandwiches — which I thought ludicrous. Looks like they’ve finally got a process down and inventory management under control. I haven’t had a problem with this store in months. Kudos for getting it right.

America runs on Duncan… Well, at least this American! Good coffee, donuts, ect. Always quick service with a smile. Even at an ungodly early hour of the morning!

Tried their coffee and I was let down a bit. I dont know what I was expecting but I felt like I was drinking roadside gas station dark water liquid. The employee was friendly and offered 1 of 12 flavors I could add to the coffee but I declined hoping to just rely on the natural coffee taste. I made it through half of the large cup and called it quits. I’ll just do donuts next time! I’m always on the hunt for good coffee in Carrollton. If you have a suggestion, I’m all ears!

These guys were super awesome when we came in and gave us wonderful service! Friendly and the donuts are always what I want. A sugary dose of energy to make my life and soul complete. Love the meal options and the coffee. My family orders coffee by the bag from these guys.

Ok — we came thru here after our son told us to try DD. We are from Louisiana and you just can’t beat the Frozen CC’s coffee. Tried the Frozen Coffee at Starbucks — and someone should have stabbed me for wasting my money on a glorified milkshake and spending that much for it. So decided to go try Dunkin Donuts. The girl was super friendly = welcomed us to DD — told us about the reward card. We were very impressed with the Iced Mocha Coffee — and they are having a special now — A Medium for $ 1.00 — r u freaking kidding me? They should put a big sign out by the road — cuz all those people are going to Starbucks just for the name. Try this place — you won’t be sorry — I haven’t even tried the food or donuts yet :}

Pretty consistent service here. I love their donuts but they have trouble keeping stock of common ingredients and donuts. About 75% of the time their out of croissants when my boyfriend gets an egg sandwich and they run out of common donuts like their cake and Old Fashioned donuts on a regular basis. They also seem easily confused in the drive through. All in all it’s «okay». When they do have the food you want, it is good, and satisfying. The trick is going when they have their inventory in stock.

Great service! Paul was very friendly and attentive to both indoor and drive thru customers. Free coffee Monday was a surprise and a nice way to end a hectic day. The jelly munchkins are my personal favorite but I also like the sour cream donuts and apple fritters! Donuts are made on-site, too! Better hurry because the apple fritters are going fast!

I think some of their employees have a hard time taking orders. I asked for simple adjustments like light on the ice, light on skim milk, but one of the younger female employee could not make it the way I asked. I also asked for napkins and carrier when I went through the drive thru and she responded in a slight rude condescending way. It’s too bad because I had a good experience when I first came here and liked it a lot.

Absolutely horrible service at this dunkin donuts. The cashier seemed high and messed up order for a coffee and donut!!! The English muffin with turkey sausage and egg white was inedible. I refuse to come back here.

The new mint chocolate latte’s are pretty good. The medium size is usually good enough for two people. It’s also way cheaper than starbucks. Wish there was one closer to us.

*Review is for the breakfast sandwich only. I don’t drink coffee and I’ve never ordered donuts from here. The drive thru is always speedy and accurate. The croissant sandwiches are excellent! I’ve had Bacon egg and cheese and also Turkey sausage with egg white, which is my favorite! The Menu board needs an upgrade, you can’t read it because it’s so faded. This will continue to be my breakfast stop. Maybe I’ll try a donut eventually.
