Best BBQ in town! The meat(s) literally falls off the bones.

How is this place open? Flies swarmed our food the entire time. Yes, indoors. A/C must be out but employee said«I don’t know it’s been hot». Ice cream wasn’t ice cream it was frothy milk. Yuck yuck yuck.

Service was good. Brisket was great. Turkey was not so good. The sides looked terrible. I wanted something non-carb. My options were broccoli salad, cucumber salad and cesear salad– ALL of which were turning brown :(. Since I’m on a strict diet I ate them anyway. It’s why I came here– thought the sides would be good.

McDonalds of BBQ. All the sides were made hours ago, you can tell by the crust on top.

The meat was good. Sides did not look great. For a person who doesn’t bacon, I couldn’t get mashed potatoes because they were all over it. I looked at the sides and decided the baked potato was the safest. Definitely overpriced for what you get. I could get more food for less at Sonny Bryan’s and their options and food is yummy. This was just fine for the time being. Thanks!

Not the best BBQ but it’s good. Kinda over priced for what you get BUT the important change they made was that at the«old» dickeys, the employees served the sides. In the«new» dickeys, as the lady explained, you pour your own sides. So I asked«can I load my plate with two sides, however much I want?» She said«yup! As much as you want!» So it is worth it if you eat a lot! Employees here are pretty good too. I had no problems and next time I have a hangover, you will see me here! :) Ps. Free ice cream! Yes, you have to buy something!

Went there for dinner, good food this time, I’ve had previous bad experience there. Only complaints was almost all of the tables had not been cleaned off and the employes didn’t know until we told them. Don’t eat the ice cream if that what the call it.

It’s not the best BBQ I’ve ever had but they make a good pulled pork sandwich. Prices are reasonable and you can order online.

One of the better Dicky’s locations. Customer service has been both great and just ok, but never bad and the food is always good. I always stop here if I feel like bbq

Good, Fresh and the potato salad, mash potatoes was amazing! I tried all the sauces and they were good as well. Very clean and seating was cool because it wasn’t completely open. I’m more of a private eater– if that makes sense.

I ordered turkeys over the holidays exceeding over $ 430.00. Most of them were great however 2 of them were so dry that my employees were throwing it away in the trash. I contacted Dickeys BBQ and they said the only way they would refund me would be for me to dig the turkey out of the trash in front of 150 employees, and take it back. This isn’t something that i was able to do nor should they have asked me to do this from a customer service stand point. When an employee informs you that they ate everything on their plate(peoples pot luck) and it was so good but the turkey when it comes to Dickeys is unacceptable. It was also an embarrassment for me to serve that to the VP of the company. I have been working with them for over a month now and still no reimbursement and the manager Shelia fails to call you back. She also will not give the area directors name and provides a cellphone number for Corp. who also fails to return phone calls. All in all they don’t want to refund $ 90 since i didn’t pick the turkey out of the trash(really) but in the end they will loose by business over the holidays going forward as this inst the first year i have ordered from them. To me success is customer service and Dickeys has complexly failed in this department. They didn’t seem to care about any complaints(or Unilocal) either as they wanted to provide a gift card than a refund because it cost the company less money. At the end of the day they will use more than what they owed me because that store(since they are a franchise) lost my business.

I had the Westerner sandwich with beef brisket and sausage. The sandwich was okay, bread was stale for my liking but enjoyed anyways. The macaroni and cheese is not good at all but come slaw was tasty. Sweet Tea is only thing to wash down barbecue… it’s as yummy!

Dickey’s isn’t really my favorite BBQ. I really prefer Memphis style BBQ. But it is consistently good, and we always seem to have a 2 for 1 coupon, so it’s a great value. I had the dinner plate with pulled pork and sausage, and both were very good. I tried the pasta salad for the first time and thought it was very good, if a little sweet. Despite my fondness for Memphis Style BBQ(no, I don’t put the cole slaw on my sandwich), My son and I go to Dickey’s all the time.

My first time eating bbq in over 10 years was at a company luncheon a few years ago. They ordered Dickey’s. I was so worried that I would leave work in starvation from not having any food the entire day. I must have had some really awful bbq for me to ban it for all of that time. Well, in comes the Dickey’s bbq in our lobby. Sausage, brisket, turkey, and pulled pork. Baked beans, mac and cheese, potatoes. Everyone had made pyramids on their plates with tons of food, so I decided to be brave and give it a try. I had a little of everything and was shocked that I liked it all. Who knew that Dickey’s BBQ would be the place to turn me into a bbq loving girl. The bbq is good, but don’t even get me started on their apple and peach cobbler. I never know which one I want to have when I go there, so I alternate. Both are so good! Thanks Dickey’s for the bbq fix.

I got the pulled pork sandwich… and it was good, but I was expecting something with SWEET, SWEETBBQ sauce soaking into the bun. I know, I know… that sound like cheap babecue but it was definitely not what I got. The meat was very good and very lean. Probably to make up for the potato salad… I had the dill potato salad and it was okay. It was saturated in mayo and dill. I think I ate my weeks worth of calories in that meal. So, what I learned is that I shouldn’t skip lunch anymore because it drives me to places like this to eat stuff like this.

Years ago I went to Dickey’s(a different one) and the guys who were carving up the BBQ were joking around with everyone so when I ordered my plate I told them«Give me the beef, and make it lean. I don’t want none of that fat on it!» Without a seconds hesitation the old guy quipped«No, no. We got none of that. We ship it all over to Colters!» And I have loved Dickey’s ever since. :-)(That is a true story.) Anyway, I’ve eaten at this Dickey’s twice and both times it’s been very good. Dickey’s might not be world championship BBQ, but it is still pretty good. And they feed you so much that when you leave you are busting at the seams. I generally get their 3 meat platter and then load up on the side dishes. It is absolutely enough for two people to share one meal for about $ 10. And of course lest I forget, they have that heavenly free soft serve Ice Cream machine! Yee haw… come and get it!
