First of all, anyone with decent amount of years of training and experience in cellphone repairs can, well, repair cellphones. So that’s not the reason why I’m leaving them a good review. It’s the exceptional customer service I received by the owner. He’s upfront about every charge and time it will take and even offered me a soda to drink while I was waiting (He even put on a Netflix for me to watch). He asked me how I was doing that day, what do I like to do, etc. It was little things like that made the difference; I was a person, not some guy with money. If I ever get any more problems with my phone (hopefully, not any time soon), I know where I’m bringing my phone to.
