Monte was awesome! He arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He allowed me to watch him repair my phone and politely answered my many questions. He was finished in about 15 minutes and my phone looked brand new. I highly recommend Monte!

No one answers the phone and sometimes you can leave a message but they don’t return your calls. Not sure any of these places exist.

After my clumsy hands dropped my IPhone 5S one too many times, the screen cracked, and, in the midst of a busy week, couldn’t imagine finding the time to get my phone somewhere to get it fixed. With iCracked, I didn’t have to worry about finding a reputable phone repair place, since one was sent straight to my office. Monte was in and out in about 15 minutes, leaving me with a new screen and a screen protector. Great, great service. Would absolutely use this company again (but I hope I don’t have to, because that would mean my clumsiness has struck again). Fast, easy, SO convenient, and affordable.

I have had my iphone fixed 3 times now… this service is awsome! Monte is the fastest tech I have seen yet! It took him a fraction of the time to replace my touch screen and bridge some connections that caused the screen to be black. Great communication, super professional, and FAST. If your iPhone is broke or ailing call him — he comes to you.!! Awsome
