I dropped my S5 (again) but this time both the glass and LCD broke. The bottom half of the screen was completely black. Stopped by and worked with Connor, who got my phone back up and running without an appointment. He asked me if there was anything else that needed to be fixed, and verified that other than the screen, the phone was still working. He called me 2 hours later to tell me my phone was fixed. I understand that with an appointment, it’s even faster. Looks and works like a brand new phone, and a very professional staff.

Took two iPhone 6 in last night to get fixed both cracked screens from dropping when I got home I put the case back on one of them and the bottom left corner of my phone chipped so I figured it was defective already had a little crack in it so I took a back up there they said they were not responsible for it and couldn’t do anything except 10% I spoke to the worker so I asked corporate and
The owner contacted me and fixed my screen at no cost and apologized for the workers behavior and inexperience.

My first experience getting my iPhone screen fixed was perfect. I think the guy’s name was Tyson who helped me, but every employee that I met was nice, helpful and informative. The screen replacement took about 40 minutes and my phone was basically brand new when I left. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Went in because I got YLOD on my PS3 and although my PlayStation couldn’t be fixed (to no fault of their own) I’m still very happy with my service. The tried to fix it, did so quickly, got my game out of the system, and didn’t charge me because they couldn’t fix it. I also talked to three guys in there and all of them were nice and helpful.
