Some of the stuff they sell is knockoffs and you could get authentic item for same price they’re selling. Also, I didn’t know taking pictures weren’t allowed. Saw this plush and try to take picture to show it to a friend. Lady saw me taking photos and told me no photos allowed. I apologized and told her I didn’t know that. She kept following me around to make sure I wasn’t taking pictures. It made me feel really uncomfortable.

Horrible experience. The price was not resonable too. If you complain about the defected product you bought, they will tell you it was your fault. I don’t even know if the owner train workers basic 101 how to deal with customer.

The owner of this store is ridiculously rude and disrespectful. She is a Korean woman with heavy eye shadow makeup. Ungreeted, I walked into this small store to purchase a birthday card for my dad. I was the one who formally greeted her in Korean. I wasn’t too affected by being ignored and went off to look at the variety of cards they had. It seemed like the owner was telling her employee about a person who was shoplifting earlier that week. It was obvious that she was pretty frustrated. Meanwhile, I was searching if they had Birthday cards for Dads. Nicely, I asked them if they carried it knowing that they weren’t in a good mood. The employee was the one who was trying to assist me but the owner charged at me saying that Korea didn’t make cards specifically for Dads like America. I had found a mothers birthday card few months ago at a different Korean place named Komart and I mentioned that to her. I literally said, «Oh, I see because I remember buying a Korean Mothers birthday card at Komart.» With a small smile and trying to be formal as possible. She then gave me a disgusted attitude speeching to go purchase it at Komart instead of her store. My plan was to purchase a regular birthday card if they did not have it. But for asking a question regarding their product, it was as if she wanted to close her store and not take any customers at all. Instead of stressing over how to deal with shop lifters, I strongly think that she should be working on her customer service.

This is a a little cute shop located inside of Hmart. The thing that makes this place so special is that it sells small cute items such as hair accessories, star folding paper, cute stuff animals, and stationary. It’s one of the two places in the hmart shopping area that sells these items(the other being ten by ten). Whenever I’m in hmart I try to resist walking in because I always end up buying something. If I had to complain it would be about the space, when you go in, the aisles are so tight and there is definitely a skill needed when trying to look around without knocking stuff down. But with all that said they do sell kpop stuff ranging from posters, to CDs to cards, that just keeps me coming back every time I’m around.

Located inside of H-mart. Carries all kind of character goods, Hello Kitty items, stationery, accessories and k-pop stuff. Staff are typically never helpful. They just there to cash you out.
