You made my girlfriend’s valentine’s day! She loved her flowers they came super fresh and looked amazing and arrived on time! Thanks to everyone who put the arrangement together and even to the driver as well as the staff at the shop they are always willing to answer any questions I have. Furthermore this is the third time Ive odered from In Bloom and from my pervious experience with them it will be the only company I use from here on out. Thank you for making her birthday and two valentine’s a success. Customer service at this store is at least 6 out of 5 stars last year I ordered from another provider and was let down, when I went to In Bloom in a rush they not only took care of me they gave me a filled in rewards card even better they were able to get me flowers that were out of season. The clerk told me «here’s to your next purchase don’t forget about us» and I didnt. So Im telling anyone who reads this dont get let down somewhere else just make the right choice instead.

I emailed Amy a photo of my wife’s bridal bouquet, asking if, for her 20th anniversary, she could create a vase arrangement for her work desk that looked similar. Within a few minutes I got a call with various pricing options and a promise to take good care of the order.(Their prices, by the way, were cheap! I ended up buying the most expensive option they offered – something I never do – just because I was surprised at how affordable the choices were.) Anyway, the flowers were a huge hit. They did a great job approximating the bridal bouquet, and my wife was pleased with the quality and freshness. It’s only been an hour, so I don’t know how they’ll last. But so far 5 stars for In Bloom’s value, customer service, and response time.

On the morning of our daughter’s graduation, we selected In Bloom Flowers(Carrollton) to craft us a bouquet of flowers for her to receive after the ceremony. We asked for red and white long stemmed roses, but all they could offer us was pink ones. We settled, and asked them to make an arrangement suitable for our occasion. The lady hands me a dozen pink roses wrapped in red tissue. I asked her to at least spruce them up with some baby’s breath. I really wanted them to take control and suggest an arrangement instead of handing me 12 plain Jane wilted flowers wrapped in an unflattering/clashing tissue wrap. I was surprised when the bill came out to over 100.00, but paid and went on my way because we had a lot of things to accomplish that day. When I caught up with my wife, she asked me if I paid over 30 dollars for them. I said, more like 100. She nearly burst into tears and said they were completely unfit for our daughter, or anyone. We returned the flowers within 45 minutes of purchasing them. It was rather busy, and I was so embarrassed for In Bloom, that I tried to keep my voice down so I would not chase the surrounding customers away. They took the flowers and said Caroline, in the Addison location, would credit my account. After several attempts to collect the refund, the last attempt is the most memorable. I spoke with JOSIE in the Addison office, and she was pretty vile and bitter. If she worked for me, I would not allow her to interact with other humans. After being told that they are calling the police, I had the credit card company refund the money for me. The shining stars of poor customer service are Josie and Caroline, both in the Addison office. I would rate you less than one star if that were possible. Right next door, a guy named Tom Thumb gave me the most beautiful bouquet for under 50.00.

Wow, the customer service here is not good at all. After explaining what I wanted to the young lady at the counter she kept just staring at me and didn’t offer any suggestions on how to complete my arrangement or order. It was very uncomfortable. She didn’t seem to know anything about what was going on — not sure why she was working there at all. I was hoping that one of the other ladies there would jump in and help her, but they just ignored me and kept their heads down to their work. It was the day before Valentine’s Day so I’m sure they were quite busy, but I’d rather have them tell me that and suggest coming back another time(I was not needing my order until the following week). I finally gave up and left. Upon a suggestion from a friend I went to the Tom Thumb at Parker and the Tollway were I was pleasantly helped with no issues(also the day before Valentine’s Day). I would like for this florist to be good since it’s convenient to my house, but unfortunately the terrible service left such a bad taste that I won’t be back.

My husband gets me flowers from this place. They are always so beautiful, but this time I had to say something about these flowers! I got tulips on Monday and they are the most beautiful tulips I have ever gotten. Everyone walks by them in my office and says they are so beautiful. It has been a few days and they are still looking just as beautiful as they did on Monday, they haven even begun to droop. This place is wonderful!
