I can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service Marianne provided me. I wanted to send a nice flower arrangement to a Saturday morning memorial service at a church for a dear friend’s mother, but I had a limited budget. Marianne was so kind over the phone and promised she could make something nice within my budget. She texted me a picture of the arrangement that morning before it was delivered, and it was beautiful. She had it delivered 45 minutes prior to the service, just as she told me it would be, within plenty of time to be displayed with the other arrangements. I am very grateful to Marianne and would definitely recommend her to anyone and will be using her again for any future floral needs.

Marianne is just the best floral designer I have ever come across. We live in Connecticut and we needed a florist in the Plano/​Frisco area to design and deliver a flower arrangement for a friend. I found Marianne’s on the internet then checked on Unilocal.Yelpers gave a great review so I called her store. Marianne picked up on the second ring. The owner! We discussed what I needed and she said she would design and put together an arrangement for us. And she said she would send a photo of the arrangement for our approval before sending. And guess what? A text with the photo arrived for my approval. It was spectacular as an arrangement and the price was 100% what we agreed to. An exceptional experience. I highly recommend Marianne! I needed to order some flowers this morning for delivery today — a quick call, a discussion of what I was looking for, a text about 20 minutes later of a pic of the arrangement, asking for approval — and it was delivered about 20 minutes later.

First time customer here. My older brother was admitted into a Plano hospital and underwent emergency surgery. I live in Houston and wanted to send him some flowers. I definitely made the right choice with Marianne’s Custom Florals! Marianne’s delivered a beautiful arrangement and even sent me a picture prior to delivery. That was a first for me as well. Marianne, you did a spectacular job and brightened up my brother’s day! Thank you so very much!

Today at 9 a.m. I ordered roses for a special person for a birthday. Roses were beautiful and a pearl was added for awesome touch! Delivery made at 1250 as promised. Awesome experience! Even sent me text of roses before delivered!

I ordered a plant arrangement from out of state and was able to get the gift delivered within 24 hours. Very quick response and follow up — and I even received a picture of the arrangement which was so nice! Great communication from the owner and pricing was competitive. Would definitely use again if I had the need.

I had a similar experience as a previous reviewer, as I live in California and had to place an order for a local funeral service. Marianne was very personable and helpful through the process while taking my order over the phone. It’s the little things that she thinks of that really make the difference. Not only did she text me a photo of the gorgeous sunflower arrangement for final approval, but she also included a travel box for the family of the departed because I was worried about how they would be transported after the service. I have a lot of family in the Plano/​Allen area and I will be using Marianne from now on for any special occasion flower arrangements. She’s great!

I submitted an order, and Marianne sent an e-​mail notifying me that one of the flowers of the arrangement I ordered wasn’t available till next day. She replaced it with another free of charge and added a couple of extra goodies to the arrangement as well. She really went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the transaction, and I am. I called Marianne on Friday late afternoon from California with a large budget for a floral arrangement and let her use her creativity and roll with it! I needed an early Saturday morning delivery that had to be impressive! She not only delivered it personally, she received a high five and VERY happy recipient! I highly recommend her services. I had never ordered or sent flowers to someone in any way, so I wasn’t sure who or how to do so. I went through Unilocal reviews for local shops and found this one and the 5 Star Ratings aren’t a fluke.
The website is fantastically designed and the lay out makes it super easy to use. And then there is the service itself. I was emailed a picture of my order that I was sending to my girlfriend at work and Marianne went above and beyond what I ordered and made unique modifications to my order that really made them stand out.
They were delivered within two hours of my order I made my girlfriends day.
I will never have to look for another florist when considering sending flowers again, which because of this awesome experience and top notch service, I will most likely be doing again.

I live in Denver and have used Marianne’s to send flowers to multiple relatives in the Dallas area. Great online ordering experience, and her prices seem to be lower than the similar shops I looked at. Plus, I always get a photo from Marianne showing the arrangement and handwritten cards on day of delivery. I love the personalized service and promptness of delivery, and definitely recommend this shop!

She not only stopped the driver from leaving the store to ensure it could be delivered as soon as possible, but she created a gorgeous custom arrangement based on my description and needs. She was with me through each step of the process, and she even sent me a photo of the arrangement she created to ensure it was to my satisfaction. It was above and beyond. Best customer experience I could have asked for. I called in made a few changes to a specific arrangement I saw online and it came out better than I could have expected. She went above and beyond added glitter and pearls to the roses I selected. I also received a picture via text of the arrangement before it was shipped off to my mom. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

I live in California and I had to have flowers sent to a funeral in Texas. Not knowing the area, I wasn’t sure which florist I should choose. So of course I turn to Unilocal!Marianne had great reviews & the pricing was very reasonable. I placed the order the day before right before closing. Marianne was more than patient with me & helped me with every little detail (even the card). The next morning she text me a photo of the arrangement. (I have ordered flowers numerous amounts of time & no one has ever offered this service) The flowers were gorgeous. Then she was off to deliver them. The funeral home did not have the service listed for that day (I don’t think they had all their ducks in a row). She patiently waited at the funeral home till the mix up was straightened out & made the delivery earlier than I had expected. Marianne went above & beyond for me & I absolutely can’t thank her enough. I wish she was local to me so I can use her for every occasion.

Marianne recently provided services for our wedding. She did an amazing Job and I would recommend her highly for any occasion. She did custom work and came up with ideas that were ideas that we did not think of. She was on time and helped us in every way. You have to use her services as a florist. You can’t beat her services and skill. We loved her help with our wedding!!!

Marianne gladly took my order the Friday before Mother’s Day. I ordered a corsage for my son’s prom date. When I came to pick it up today she remembered me and made me feel like I was her only customer. The corsage was beautiful. I highly recommend her

They are amazing! I ordered a beautiful arrangement and had them delivered that very day! They were extremely friendly and easy to work with! The arrangement was breath taking and the entire process was seamless. She wasn’t able to send me a picture, which i completely understood, since it was so last minute (they were delivered within an hour or so). But she took the time to send me a very sincere apology for not being able to send me that picture! I would recommend them to anyone!

After visiting other nearby florist shops and coming up disappointed, I visited Marianne’s to get an arrangement made for my grandmother’s 80^th birthday. I was running out of time and had to find something quick. I wanted to make sure she got something beautiful and Marianne definitely did not disappoint!
She was extremely kind from the moment I walked in, worked with the budget I gave her, and only took about 20 minutes to prepare, which was perfect time for me to run out to get a birthday card! I try to support local businesses and Marianne undoubtedly deserves the business.
