The last two orders I’ve gotten at this location have been wrong and I’m always charged extra WITHOUT getting what I wanted. $.50 more for NO CHEESE. Asked for two chicken sandwiches, paid for two and got only one. C’mon just read the fucking order!

I hate when drive thrus ask me to pull forward, especially when there are NO cars behind me. While it makes your service time numbers look better on paper, it tells your customers you are more concerned about numbers than their actual service experience.

I wish you could give less than one star. The staff is completely incompetent. Not only can they not get an order correct, but they are rude, and have no regard for proper workplace behavior. On top of this the food was all burned, and the facilities are disgusting. If I was the owner of this location, I would clean house and hire a new staff.

Drive up to the drive thru, wait for 2 minutes. No answer. Say hello, no answer. Go up to the window for about 1 – 2 minutes, make eye contact with a worker. Okay don’t even bother coming to ask why we were at the window. Screw you guys I’m going to another Jack in the Box.

3 stars for the $ 1.00 any size drink. They have diet Dr. Pepper, not many places have it. That’s mainly all I get from here. Ordered mozzarella sticks once they were a good snack super hot and tasty. ***uh oh just went here last night and they no longer have $ 1.00 drinks.

The food is okay, not the best. The manager who runs the drive-​thru around 11pm is a rude person. She’s never welcoming at all. Makes you not want to eat your food.
