Jones Bar-B-Que

I’m new to town and thought I would try a bbq joint. Now I’m big on bbq. So I love to try all the bbq spot. But this place had really bad service And decent bbq. When I got there it took 15 min for any one to come to my table. And when she finally came to serve us she had asked if we had been served yet even though she was what looked to be the only sever. When she finally started to take our order it felt like she really didn’t know the menu that well. It felt like pulling teeth when ever we asked any thing about menu items. Our food was very delicious. I ordered the bbq plate. The bbq sauce had a very good flavor and the meat was very tender. Now when I think about bbq I’m always look for some type of smoke flavor and this meal was lacking that. My side dishes were baked bean and onion rings and both were very good. Onion rings had a good crisp crunch and the beans were just sweet enough to be good. Now through out our meal I did notice our server was on her phone and watching tv the whole time we were there. She never once came to check on us or anything. When we were ready to leave we had to go and interrupt her watching tv to pay for our food. The prices were good for the amount of food we got. I would be willing to go back again if the service was better.
