Five stars for the service. I was there yesterday to bring takeout back to my family at Plano Presbyterian hospital. The team not only helped me entertain our toddler while we waited, they threw in hand-written note, a few cookies and gift cards without my knowledge. This was a huge show of empathy and understanding for why we were at the hospital and simply was a touching gesture. Personal touches like this are increasingly rare, even more so at national chains, and this meant a lot to me and my family. Thanks to the team working yesterday for your kindness.

I love the food here. My favorites are the chicken lettuce wraps and the honey chicken. I’m more of a sweet person than spicy but my son likes the Kung Pao chicken. The location is right next to LA Fitness and across from Prestonwood church so I stop here for take out quite a bit. Service is good, sometimes there is a wait but the food is always hot and delicious.

Update 7 – 22 The below is true yet I must give kudos to guest relations team they contacted me and offered a gift card Something went wrong I ordered gluten free spicy chicken the chicken came out appearing to not the usual coating and I questioned before I ate and before I finished I felt my stomach churning my reaction to gluten I got up and took my plate and ask again is this gluten free I was told yes yet that’s not what my body is telling me. The second time I asked the response was yes it was cooked in fresh oil That’s not what gluten free version is about. It’s the coating on the chicken. 12 dollars wasted

My whole family loves the sesame chicken with a passion! this place is some of the highest quality food you can get for a fast food price.

A definite notch above Panda Express. Entrees are not slathered in the syrupy substance that PE uses. Veggies are, well, veggies. When a sauce is required, such as my entrée with tofu, there is a very tasty, minimal amount used. If you want restaurant quality without the wait, this is a great option.

Nom nom nom nom nom nom … I love Pei Wei … Nom nom nom … Gluten free spicy chicken, Teryaki Chicken, and Kung Pao Chicken are all uh-mazing! I eat here or get take out at least once a week. They always get my order right and are always friendly and pretty fast. They only thing that sucks about this place is parking. When they are busy, forget it. You’ll have to park across the street. To go parking is usually always available, though. nom nom nom nom nom nom …

I’ve never eaten inside this location, so I can’t say much about that. I ordered lettuce wraps and spring rolls to go the other day, and they were both really good. I really liked the sweet and saltyness of the lettuce wrap sauce… like I would probably put that on everything if I could. And of course their spring rolls are always solid. The only problem I have is that they told me 15 min, and I got there in 10 minutes to see my food already ready and waiting so it wasn’t the hottest when I made it home. I’ll still order take out from here on occasion due to its convenient location.

This is our go to place for American Chinese Food. The staff are friendly, and my order has always been correct. Stand Out Items: Mongolian Beef… I dream of this; it is that good! Honey Seared Chicken… The kids LOVE this. Lettuce Wraps… Amazing! Crab Wontons… That sauce is amazing Fried Rice… Delicious and perfectly cooked. I love that they add broccoli. Standard Items: Spring Rolls… They are great, but about the same as other restaurants. Egg Rolls… Standard Personally, I love the Hot and Sour soup. I have read so many negative reviews, but I always get a cup. The tofu in it is amazingly silky. I am not a tofu fan, but I find myself craving this soup. Be sure to get the crispy noodles as a garnish. The one item I don’t care for: The Lo Mein. It is so oily. We have ordered it several times, but this is just super oily!

I have eaten at this location on several occasions and the service and quality of the food has been consistently good. The employees are very efficient and the wait for your order is minimal. It can get a little crowded at lunch, so be patient.

The good news… The food is always good and fresh. The bad news… I didn’t get all of my order that I paid for! Do you have any idea how frustrating this?!? Not only did I pay for ll of my food, but I get home from a long day at work wanting to have a nice meal, when what to my disappointment… Not all of the food I paid for is in the bag! I am really hoping that my concern will be taken seriously.

you know what? This place is great! Asian food can be simple and can be really good for you! You just need fresh proteins, fresh veggies, really good sauces and rice. Pei Wei has it figured out and has a really good thing going on here. I was here with my son after an event at Hebron High School.(It’s close!) They had a variety of Asian and Thai inspired combinations and even sushi! I ordered the chicken Teryaki over white rice. My son ordered the Pad Thai. After ordering, we got to experience some very high tech drink machines. These things were so cool! You select your drink on a touch screen and everything comes out of one space age thing! As you can see from the pics, both portions were HUGE. Even my 14 year old son, who can eat an entire cow by himself and was coming out of drumline practice was so full we had to get a «to go» box. The food was fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back!

Have not been here in a long time. Menu has changed … And the food has gone downhill in a significant way. Will not return

I grew up on pf changs and I was happy when they started a more affordable version of their favorites. I usually get the Mongolian beef with rice. They have different portions you could choose from. Small or large. A small is perfect for lunch. It’s cheaper than pf changs and just as good! Why pay full price for stuff you can get cheaper!

First week of summer, tried the new rolls today, tastes like they bought them at the nearest grocery store. uninspiring. bland tough rice. They seem to be going into a cost cutting transition. Lower quality napkins, bare tables, even more self service. Seems to me they are taking the casual out of the fast casual concept.

Had the Korean lettuce wraps today, they were very tasty and not all spicy like I thought they would be. The menu has a variety of options to choose from including another favorite sweet and sour chicken to various type of lettuce wraps to various soups. I enjoy the sweet and sour soup its not hot at all, t’s very delicious Environment is real quiet and the service is quick and I enjoy eating here.

I have been going to Pei Wei’s for a long time. It is great Asian fusion food with great choices and service. I love the crab rangoons… love. Pei Wei, unlike most mom and pop Asian and restaurant chain Asian restaurants, provides a lot of crab within these rangoon. It’s not lust cream cheese with what seems to be crab extract. The Wonton Soup is great as well. And the lettuce wraps. Pei Wei is a good Asian food staple that if you haven’t tried, you must. Enjoy!

Pretty disappointed. Did a callin order. They almost let me leave without part of my order and then when I get home. What they put in my to go order was wrong.

The one thing I’ll have to hand this place is an award for CONSISTENCY — every single time we dine there, we can count on the food being hot, tasty, and visually appealing. We enjoy eating our dinners at the kitchen counter where we can watch the incredibly efficient cooks whomping up Oriental dishes with amazing speed and dexterity. I like the fact that they carry my favorite Oriental beer, and they will serve it in a chilled tall glass upon request. The order counter is always accurate and efficient in operation. I don’t mind getting my own tableware, napkin, and fortune cookie. We seldom have to wait more than 10 minutes to be served our steaming plates of delicious Asian cooking. My only wish is that they had traditional Chinese pork dishes — they have no pork dishes of any kind. So if you’re in a hurry, want Asian cuisine but don’t want to sacrifice flavor and quality for speed, this is your place. It’s also great for take-out.

Decent eats here. We usually come here and share the lo mein. You can’t beat a 8 dollar dinner for two. The portions are usually generous and consistent taste that you would expect from pei wei to pei wei.

So I’ve ordered take-out numerous times and I usually order the same thing: Lo Mein sans carrots, extra bean sprouts.. .chicken or beef(whatever I’m in the mood for). I love how they have your number and name on file so right when you can and say«I’d like to place an order to-go».. .they always say, «Sure, is this for Grace?» haha… love it! And they always ask if I want the usual and I say yup, but this time with chicken, or this time with beef… and sometimes I’ll add in another dish or two depending on how many are eating dinner with me. They always say my order will be ready in 10−15minutes, but I always get there around the 10minute mark because they’re usually quick with making my order. And as I said in my first review, don’t forget the chili sauce because it goes great with the noodles!
