I love the morning ladies!!! I love to stop before going to work knowing they are fast and still make my coffee just the way I like it !! I used the Mobile app to order and accidentally forgot to make it iced, the ladies at the window still changed it for me without any hesitation!

I went in for a Caramel frapputino and I tasted no caramel in my Starbucks, I went through the drive through and a lady with brown hair and a pony tail rudely made me a new one with way too much caramel on purpose for complaining about the way she first did it. it was just disrespectful, and when I left she sarcastically yelled«you’re welcome!» horrible costumer service

Very nice, mellow Starbucks with plenty of comfy chairs and about a kazillion power outlets along the bar seating area. The ambiance here is nice and quiet, perfect for taking refuge from a teenaged girl birthday party at JumpStreet(OMG). Outdoor seating comes with umbrellas for shade. We picked up a bag of coffee grounds to enrich our garden soil and repeal bugs naturally — SUCH A COOLWAYTORECYCLE! :) 5 stars!

This is why I prefer locally owned and operated coffee shops… I’m looking at the beverage choices and the young lady, brown long hair ponytail at the register does not even acknowledge me… she asks: «are you ready?»…I was the only one in line. After she took my order she told me she would let me know when it’s ready. There was no thank you, appreciate your business or we know you have a choice in coffee shops and we thank you for stopping by. All of this was with no smile…

Above average Starbucks. I’ve seen much better, but also much worse. Not bad for getting work done instead of commuting to the office or having a small meeting. Service could be friendlier but overall not bad.

I just moved here and I am going to stop coming to this Starbucks. Cranky baristas. Constantly get something wrong with my order. Baristas handle employee matters like issuing paychecks or gossiping during the busiest time of the morning instead of helping customers. Also, incredibly slow and some baristas just stand there doing absolutely nothing. Every day has been a different problem.

This is one of my favorite locations because they’re always consistent with their drinks and prices.(If you get a «complicated» drink, you’ll know what I mean about the prices.) But beware of the drive thru line in the mornings! Make sure you have extra time because, just like every other Starbucks, you’ll be waiting for a while. There are also very friendly baristas here, what’s not to love?!

First visit and probably my last. First problem, compared with Coppell’s store, too pricy. The cost for a tall pike was $.32 more than Coppell, which includes a $.10 discount when you bring in you own cup in Coppell’s store. Also, in the Coppell store when you furnish a cup, they rinse it out with hot water. Not in this store. My table was not clean. The coffee was good.

The baristas in this Starbucks might be the most obnoxious staff I’ve ever encountered. There are 12 people seated in the café, each on a laptop or writing like myself. Utterly silent. But this place is a noisy mess due to those behind the counter. I just left due to the obnoxious and unnecessary conversation I don’t need to hear. Two other café sitters agreed with me and left for the Starbucks at Legacy.

Just as everyone has said, clean store, cheery staff, a good experience! Yesterday I tried the Komodo Dragon blend. Just a little half and half… good stuff! I don’t use the drive thru because I’m always scared the half and half pour will be too much. I’m always on the hunt for good coffee in Carrollton. If you have a suggestion, I’m all ears!

This is the first Starbucks I go to. It’s very close to my house and work, and they make my soy vanilla latte just how I like it. They are incredibly hard workers and I admire how much they care about customer service.

Best customer service ever, especially Raven! I’m not just a number or latte girl, they address me by my name and the baristas are awesome. Drinks come out fast and accurate. Thumbs up!

10 stars for a drive thru Starbucks! Luckily, this location is never packed when I’m picking up my coffee. I can go through the drive thru with a quickness and be on my merry way. Love it!

Hands down my fav Starbucks in Texas. Drive thru helps keep lines minimal inside. And the baristas here are really fantastic and super personable. Rachelle is the store manager and she does a great job with this store plus shes great to chat with. Lots of indoor seating space. Limited outdoor space. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a close parking spot because parking lotnia small but there are a lot of spots in neighboring lots. Best part. My drink always tastes great unlike the burnt iced coffee you get from the Starbucks inside Target.

Love this starbucks — mostly because it has a drive-thru!!! Great customer service and in a nice area. Only complaint… they need more parking.

Just your average cute little Starbucks. Baristas are friendly, size is cozy, and the yogurt parfaits are heavenly as always. They do have a drive thru, which is an added plus(convenient for hitting up quickly after a workout!), and there are some cupcake/froyo places nearby if you wanna grab some other treats from around the area.

I’ve had 2 recent experiences at this store; they are right across from Mama’s Daughters just west of the Dallas North Parkway. My first experience was superb! Very helpful waitstaff made the coffee I wanted without any issues; even got a refill. Sadly, the second visit did not go so smoothly. Same time of day, the very next day… completely different crew. When I asked for the coffee I wanted, it was a huge hassle — they«didn’t have that in the afternoons». Really? But I just had it yesterday, at this same time, I said. Well, we don’t have it, maybe they just had some made up. Anyway, I wound up with the coffee I wanted but it was obviously an imposition that kept them from really more worthy customers. Where’s the first lady??? She was the best! I want her to make my coffee next time I go there.

Much as fellow reviewer Rob C. said, it’s a typical Starbucks. My experience was on a Saturday afternoon, and they crafted my brew and delivered it in the drive-thru with nary an issue. It’s not terribly hard to get in and out of during off-peak hours, but I can’t speak for peak times.

Your typical Starbucks serving your typical Starbucks coffee and creating your typical Starbucks experience. A word of caution: The morning drive-thru line is always a bit hectic and expect to wait about 10 minutes to complete your order during the peak morning rush. There are a lot of large SUV’s that dart in and out of the lot so drive defensively. If you venture inside, your drink may come a little faster for the sole reason that you’re not waiting in as long a line.
