So far they have kept me on hold for twenty minutes and have disconnected me three different times while trying to get a status on my order. So just please don’t bother. Not to mention the last two times I went to this location it was incorrect.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I ordered two pizzas online. It was a large pepperoni and medium alfredo and spinach. I even had someone else look over the order before I placed to make sure it was correct. I added the coupon code and placed the order. The delivery guy showed up and never opened the pizza boxes or told us which pizzas we ordered. So as soon as we paid him we opened the boxes and saw that it was wrong. I called the store and told them one of the pizza orders was wrong. I do think it was a glitch in the system that occurred after I added the coupon code. However, the store clerk not once apologized for the error. I was asked to wait another 40 minutes for the remake. Horrible customer service. Please go to another location!

I love pizzahut but this location is terrible. Poor service and very slow. not very attentive towards customers. I feel like it’s getting worse

This particular Pizza Hut is not good. I love Pizza Hut but this location has issues. The pizza sauce tastes like it’s watered down the pizza isn’t cooked right it comes out sloppy and the buttery crust isn’t buttery. I’ve tried them more than once thinking the quality was just off one or 2 nights… but it’s clear this location is just horrible by Pizza Hut standards. Sadly I have to go to another Pizza Hut further away for my pizza Hut crave.

I like Pizza Hut pizza but do NOT suggest this location. The meat lovers had grease dripping off of it. The crust had a garlic glaze on it but it was sticky. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

NO! This pizza place sucks they take too long to deliver and every time we order a pizza with spinach it’s like they forget we asked for it and literally throw the spinach on top like it’s supposed to melt in the box on the way over to our door and magically bake in, when we open the pizza the pizza is covered in greens tossed in there like its a big ass pizza salad! 2 times of the same crap and we were done. I do not recommend delivery with spinach lol. It won’t be cooked in.

This was a terrible delivery experience. I ordered Bleu Cheese and they had none and instead of a two liter of my drink they brought me bottles saying they were«out». This has been the fifth time this has happend and im not surprised. Companies like this expect you to «like what you can get» and feel lucky you get to give your money to a company like Pizza Hut. PLEASE! From now on I’m going to Picassos, you should as well!

Ordered from this Pizza Hut location last night. I’m pregnant and I have been craving pizza(specifically from Pizza Hut) like crazy! I placed the order online for two pizzas(one for me and one for my husband) a Dr. Pepper and a side of ranch. We waited the 45 minutes for it to be ready and I got a call from the store saying that they are out of Dr. Pepper. That’s fine it happens, we re-selected and waited for our food to arrive. The location that we ordered from is only about 10 minutes from us. About 20 minutes after the ‘we’re out of Dr. Pepper’ call, I received a call from the delivery guy stating that he was lost. This was extremely frustrating to me as this man’s chosen profession is a delivery person and he is not equipped with a GPS? Even a map?! I then waited 15 minutes, as he was not that far away after I gave him directions, to call the store to ask if they had heard from him, which they did not but stated that they would call him and get back to me. I waited another 15 minutes and heard nothing… I was asked to wait by their automated system. I finally got to cancel our order and they weren’t even concerned why… Great concerned customer service… Right after, I received a call from our delivery person that he was at our gate. I told him not to bother and that we didn’t want it anymore(in the time it took for us to wait for our Pizza Hut food I was able to order food from Picasso’s Pizza and receive it). He then proceeded to act as if he couldn’t hear me and kept demanding that I buzz him in our gate. I refused over and over again and told him that we had cancelled our order. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut! Cravings or not!

Probabally a corporate move, but what did they do to the pan pizza crust? The old crust was crispy and buttery! This new crust is not even close! Very very disappointed!
