I’ve never needed anything from the property but recently I requested to have my lock cut and have experienced horrible service! I lost the keys to my lock and went in on a Monday morning, was advised it only takes a few days to do. It is currently Friday and still my request has not been done! And to top it off, I will have to reschedule my move because this has not been done! And you cannot contact the property by calling them because it’s disconnected if you call direct and loops you into a never-ending black hole if you push the option to transfer property!

I simply hate this place. WAY over priced, charged me a simple lock that you are forced to buy for $ 22. I never recieved my first month free and after two months in, they increased my rent by 20%. They have my cc on file, to auto pay, they charged me a $ 20 late fee, told me they could not get the payment to do thru, something to do with there computers… which is not my fault! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else… Securlock Storage at Parker 2208 Parker Rd Carrollton, TX75010 is close to the area and the review are great!

Public Storage is convientally located to where I live, which makes it very easy to transport items. The staff here are very friendly. What I don’t care for is every year they are constantly raising my rent. Wished they had a back access to the place as well, but only have one entry into the lot.

I store equipment here. After months of renting just noticed 20% rent increase of $ 40 last two months. They would not reduce it. Just said«lots of demand so we can.» Pretty crappy!

It’s a bit of a hassle trying to get in contact with the only person that can answer any questions here. Also, sometimes I will come by the office to ask questions about my unit, and the sign says Closed even though a worker is in there at open hours. The units are ok. The AC units, which are the only kind I’ve ever rented from here, are not as air conditioned as you would think. Also, I don’t like all of the bugs that are in the units… they are dead bugs, but still, they are bugs. Lots of bugs. The customer service needs a lot of improving. I moved out of my unit on the 10th and the company would not prorate me for the remainder of the month. Make sure if you are moving out, to wait until the end of the month so that you can get your money’s worth!
