My husband I and had a storage unit there for approximately 3 years. When the rent kept going up, we decided to switch to another storage company closer to our house that was much cheaper.
Since they auto draft your account, they drafter our account for the month we moved out and we were told that we would get a credit in 4 – 6 weeks. It is now 7 weeks and still no refund. We have made several visits to the location to inquire, but are always told that it should be any day.
If you’re late on your rent they will slap you with a late fee immediately. But if they overcharge you, don’t expect any speedy service. We are having to spend way too much energy fighting to get our money back that they never should have drafted. Personally, I don’t see why they couldn’t just credit our account immediately, but now at 7+ weeks I am beyond irritated.
Much better places out there that are more convenient and cheaper. I will keep fighting to get the money they owe us, but I would hate to see anyone else have to go through this. Too much corporate red tape and excuses.

I really like this location Very quiet and incognito. I’ve used this location twice the 1^st time was about 3 years ago and more recently for 1 month. Debbie is very sweet and kind. She gave me a good walk through of the units and property. I would definitely use this location again.
