Had to get paint in my lunch hour. My regular store is in Plano. Alex took the time to pull up my perk number by calling the Plano store fort number. He also really was helpful in my selection. I said I wanted a sample but wanted matte. He suggested the emerald comes in a quart. And emerald paint is so Awesome I did not need a primer!

My husband and I went to get paint for our house. I was actually dreading going to get paint because it is not the most fun thing to do. We went during their big sale and ended up getting a great deal. Colton helped us with everything. He was so so amazing and made this such an enjoyable experience! Trust me, go and ask for Colton and you will have the same great experience. I am not one for Unilocal reviews, but the experience was so great, I felt the need to write this.

Just spent 45 minutes here with my fiancé picking out colors for our entire house without being acknowledged, greeted, spoken to, or offered help by staff. The ONLY reason I did not turn around and walk out is that we are using professional painters and they told us they use SW paint. The color palette pamphlets were helpful in making sure your colors flow throughout your home. Maybe this is why customer service was non existent?

Having never been inside a Sherwin-​Williams, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by their selection of beautiful color options, clean store and friendly/​efficient staff. We’ve just purchased a house, and about to begin a large paint job. For any future painting or wall-​paper needs, we intend to visit S-​W again.
