Geez… why does the management here have to be unhelpful and rude? I ordered the Sonic croissant bacon and cheddar dog. Then when I received the croissant dog it was not on a croissant bun, quite frankly, it was on a hoagie bun. When I brought it to the management attention, he was very short, rude and explain to me that I was crazy… he swears that the bun was actually a croissant, when goes management get to talk to their guest like that… I have baked croissants in the past… this was no croissant. So wished I took a pic of it… but I was so pissed, I left… avoid this location, they believe their guests are loco!

So irritated… ordered food for 6 kids and myself, the order on the screen was right, the car hop repeated it back right, and still the order was wrong… half the food was totally wrong… but most importantly my one child that is super picky… their order was wrong… so thanks for giving me the option of driving all their way back their for the food…

I’m all for tipping, but just because I pay with cash does not mean my change is automatically your tip. If my order is $ 4 and I give you a $ 10, don’t give me a $ 5 and assume you can take your bit out. I’m not stingy and get they work for tips, but there is a principle. Won’t be going back

Awful customer service! They got my order wrong and instead of fixing it got super snippy. I was basically told that they closed the ticket out and because I didn’t catch it soon enough, it wasn’t in my cards to get what I ordered from this sonic. Will be avoiding in the future and you should too.

Never had a problem with this location, I have gone to this sonic for 20 years and the people who work there are overly nice. Until tonight, the young punk taking my order was rude, rushed me through my order then got it wrong… THEN we ask to speak to the manager. she comes out looking like she’s ready for a fight. Won’t listen to us, keeps talking over us and has a huge attitude problem. they weren’t busy, we were the only car there!!! No excuse for a manager to act this way, no wonder she didn’t think it was wrong for her employees to act that way!

Great Sonic location. Quick and prompt. I always get the strawberry limeade– truly refreshing and it has real pieces of strawberry inside! Not a huge fan of the burgers here, but their mozzarella sticks and other snacks are amazing!

Happy hour lemonberry slush! My favorite summer drink. They got some good snack items too-​corn dog, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks… you get the point. And they got great service too!

I work around the corner and stop in for happy hour 2 – 4 pm. I love that the carhops hustle! Most car hops have no sense of time, but this location is awesome!
