Definitely wasn’t expecting for my quesadilla to be THAT delicious!!! Wow! I ordered the Hatch(I think that’s the name) with chicken and O-M-G! It was hands down the best quesadilla I’ve ever had. Will be back!

Really just too good to put in words. Crunchy, gooey, delicious! The tortilla is super crunchy, the veggies are perfectly sautéed, and the dipping sauce is a nice addition

My friends and I frequent this nearly every week. The food is always on point and the staff nearly always goes out of their way to be friendly to everyone. Mia took our order yesterday and was in a great mood and had an upbeat attitude. I would suggest the Hot Hatch, just the way it comes. Perfect.

Yum. I’ve driven by this place for months but tonight we were in a hurry and decided to give it a shot. Interesting menu. Chicken, steak, pork, brisket. Salads, too. Hot and fresh — it was delicious. Regular size is plenty and Gorilla size feeds two. Not your typical run of the mill taco joint. Loved the Founder type with chicken and mushrooms. Don’t be put off by the old Jack In The Box location. This is good stuff.

Big fan of the restaurant’s menu and mission, «to deliver the goods.» And the goods I had with the delicious Hot Hatch dilla and fries. The staff at the counter was extremely friendly and welcomed us for being first time visitors. Definitely would come back to try out the other quesadillas on the menu!

I REALLY wanted to give this awesome place 5 stars. The food was amazing, the service was phenomenal. The thing holding me back from 5 stars was the smell. There was a distinctive gas /propane smell that you could smell throughout the restaurant, and oddly got stronger in the bathroom. I’m hoping it wasn’t a leak, but that’s certainly what it smelled like. We mentioned it to the employees, and they didn’t seem concerned. Not sure how you wouldn’t be able to smell it,(everyone in our group noticed) but maybe they’re used to it? Anyway, keep up the good work! I’d love to see a Dillas in St. Louis!

Dillas is the type of place that makes me wish I could eat without getting fat. I was rushing to stuff my face with food because I skipped breakfast and nearly lunch, and in comes Dillas to save me from my suffering. I made my own quesadilla(gorilla style) and let me tell you. Best. Quesadilla. I. Ever. Ate. It was stuffed to the brim and the tortilla was pressed to the point of crispy, buttery perfection. The cheese was incredibly gooey and warm. Literally my mouth was watering as I was eating. And then I decided to dip my quesadilla in their creamy churri sauce. And I basically died and came back to life because it was just that good. Dillas, you have a new fan. If I need a new pair of jeans in the coming weeks, I’ll blame you. But it’ll be worth every bite.

Delicious quesadillas!!! Yum yum! I made my own– black bean + cheese + steak and it was very good– thick, lots of meat, worth the price! Also I thought it was cool you could add sides such as fries! Their jalapeño ranch was great and the cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered some to go for my parents and they loved theirs as well! Overall great food and reasonable price– worth the trip!

Just moved into the area. Thanks to Unilocal, this is the first restaurant I tried out and I absolutely loved it. Every quesadilla was unique and delicious! The food also came out quickly and hot. Best fast food ever. Try the gorilla fries with bacon, peppers and onions. Also recommend the lone star for all those BBQ lovers out there. We actually did sit down and that was also a wonderful experience. Inside was fresh and clean. I enjoyed reading the owners background history, coming from UT and being brave enough to start his own business. But most importantly, the service was what pushed our dining experience over. James was SO friendly and gave the best recommendations. I honestly would just come back to experience the service again. The friendly goodbyes that the employees shouted out as we left was the cherry on top of the customer service sundae. This was a wonderful welcome to the neighborhood! We will definitely become a regular: D

We have been back many times as of May 2015 and I gave them another star rating for keeping their service and food very good. Serving just Quesadillas with lots of choices; ground beef, steak, chicken, pork. Their homemade sauce makes it all very tasty. Small place so a crowd will be a crowd. Drive-thur available and lots of nearby parking. They now offer on-line ordering to avoid waiting. UPDATE: Apr 2016. Just too good; up them to 5 stars now. Mgr said they were opening new store in Frisco late in 2016; Preston Rd & Warren Parkway.

I’ve been here a few times, super tasty food, and great customer service. On march 12th I went through the drive thru. Upon returning to work, I bit into my lone star, and started to chew. Two bites in, and what should have been soft, warm meat and cheesy goodness, ended up being a screw or bolt of some sort. So now I have to get my tooth repaired, and a new filling put in. I’ll post the hardware, but save you all from viewing my broken tooth. You’re welcome.

My coworkers and I come here for lunch about once a month so that we can get a delicious quesadilla and have something different, we get tired of burgers and the usual fast food. They have a big menu of probably 12 different ways to order a quesadilla. I usually get the lonestar which comes with BBQ sauce and brisket. It is so good, and such a different way to eat a quesadilla. They also have options for sides, you can get fries, or chips and queso. I’ve never had a bad experience here and have liked everything I’ve tried.

If you can get past the confusion of the menu, the food is great and offers generous portions of protein. The chips are seasoned perfectly and pair greatly with the hatch chile queso. You’re able to build your own or order from the set menu and you can substitute your dipping sauce with other options. Overall a great and delicious concept.

Stopped by here today to see what all the buzz was about. This former Jack in the Box, now selling quesadillas. Interesting. Picked up a Buffalo Chicken with the corn salad and chips and jalapeño ranch. The quesadilla was actually really good. The chips were also fresh and tasty and the corn salad? Wow, it was excellent. The jalapeño ranch? watery and didn’t have much taste at all. certainly no kick. This by itself cost them a star. I’ll be back to try some other ones… and maybe the Gorilla option… I’m not sure I actually got Jalapeño Ranch… may have been Creamy Churri… which if that was the case, it was tasty, just no kick and not very thick.

If you are familiar, there was a Jack in the Box at Park and Midway, that was closed for years. Dillas is in the old building. It’s fast food still, but much higher quality. My favorite is the Hatch Chile Chicken. The seasoned fries are great, and the citrus corn salad is excellent. I highly recommend it. They do have a drive-thru. *there are two sizes of quesadillas. The regular is a large tortilla folded in half. Large is two tortillas. They stuff the quesadillas with a ton of stuff, so regular is plenty for me. Plus, if you order fries, they give you a bunch. No complaints. Only thing I’d say is that this is definitely Tex-Mex fast food, so don’t expect an authentic Mexican cuisine.

Very good lunch. Fresh meat and veggies. Free chips and queso for signing up for their email list. I had the Lone Star quesadilla made with brisket and jalapeño ranch dipping sauce… yummy!!! You can also build your own quesadillas too. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the queso wasn’t thick. It’s was a little runny and the chips were way too salty for me… But I would go back in a heartbeat. I think it’s the new taco joint and less messy. Read the story on the wall about the restaurant inspiration. Would love to have this restaurant come to Tyler, Tx. I think it would do well. It was pretty busy but worth the wait. Beats a subway sandwich any day.

Dillas is the best! Awesome quesadillas– great size and perfect texture. They put an abunance of cheese inside so it’s gooey and melty, and the outside is perfectly toasty with a slight crispiness to it. The Buffalo chicken quesadilla is my go-to and my god it is phenomenal– so unique and delicious. If you love buffalo wings, get this for sure. I’ve had the lone star, but the bbq sauce takes over everything so I order it without. Very friendly staff. Kooky, but fun atmosphere. This place is awesome and has brought some much needed traffic to this area of this shopping center, which most people who have lived in Plano know, has been dead for a long time.

I came here with my church randomly just because we’re in the area so much and passed by it on our way to fat straws a lot. As we walked in, we were greeted by the staff and immediately began to glance over the menu! There were a wide variety of quesadillas, I was kind of hoping that there would be some tacos or fajitas, but this is a strictly quesadilla restaurant, hence the name. I decided to try the limited time special quesadilla called«The Fluffy», it included the following: grilled steak, a black bean spread, pico de gallo, bacon, queso drizzle, and seasoned fries. I also decided to try the gorilla fries with ground beef. The quesadilla was nice and big, I real led like the texture of the tortilla and the cheese. I don’t think the seasoned fries really added much to the quesadilla, but the steak was nice and flavorful. I wouldn’t try it again because of the bean spread, but I really want to try the other quesadillas. The gorilla fries were a little over salty and the ground beef was unnecessary, so I’ll probably bacon instead next time, I do commend them for being able to take a rush, since we came in a group about 10. Our food came out fast, and we all enjoyed our meals. They have the option of dining in, drive thru, and even catering!

I was a little skeptical about going at first because I looove TexMex and eat it frequently so I find myself often disappointed by newer restaurants. Dilla’s left me(and my tummy) very happy! Quesadillas are one of those things that are often just be slapped together on a tortilla then served to you for a ridiculous price that definitely does not correspond with the lack of effort but this place is meticulous about their flavors! The staff was very enthusiastic and helpful! I ordered a beef quesadilla with hatch chile sauce. Meat was very well flavored and the sauce was sooo good I could literally eat it by itself with a fork. We also ordered Gorilla Fries, my new favorite side! The queso is creamy(Monterey Jack, I think) but quality, so definitely not crap Velveeta or something canned! Really enjoyed it! Please open more locations and make the portions larger :)
