With a job interview coming up and so many positive reviews on Unilocal,I decided to call ahead to be sure I could pick up the next evening. Not only did they have my suit and shirts nicely pressed, but he remembered me when I came back to pick it up. The suit looks sharp and the shirts are nicely pressed with medium starch just the way I like it. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

I have been going to this dry cleaners for a long time. Don’t know why I am just now righting review. The gentleman that runs this place is SO nice. Even if I don’t go in for months, he still remembers my name. When I have a rush item he always is accommodating. Today when I picked up my cleaning, he had my item pulled and ready before I got to the window! Love this kind of service.

I was hesitant at first going here because it looked a bit run down from the outside, but I was too quick to judge a book by it’s cover! They removed a very difficult stain on a white dress and perfectly cleaned/pressed two men’s dress shirts, what more could you ask for? The price was very cheap and the turnaround was about a day, I didn’t push it since I wasn’t in any rush so I picked mine up 2 days after drop off.

We used to come here all the time. It was a family run spot, did their own work on the premises, and always did a good job. Then they sold it. The new owner was even better than before, and we were grateful to keep having an A+ spot to get our clothes cleaned. Then we moved, sadly, and found out how bad other places could be. Oh well… But 3 years later and my daughter was getting married. I flew in and needed to pick up a new shirt for the wedding(why do women always insist on new clothes for big occasions? LOL) and was running out of time. I bought a shirt at Nordstroms with French cuffs and it definitely needed to be pressed before wearing. I came in at 3pm on a busy Friday and needed it by 7am the next morning… ugh. I took a chance, drove over to this place, and asked the owner if I could ask a huge favor. I explained the situation, and he quickly said«ok». I was a little embarrassed because I had not been there in a while, and was just positive he would not remember me. Or that he «would» remember, but think I was using someplace else for my clothes. I explained that I used to come there all the time, but we had moved. He just looked at me, nodding his head. As he goes over to the cash register to grab the receipt book and write up the order he glances up at me and says my last name in a questioning tone. Huh? Three years and he stil remembered me. I smiled and say«yeah, I can’t believe you still remember that…» and as I am speaking he asks«Steve»? yeah, I got my shirt, it was great! But how many times have you gone to a business for years, and you just thought you were a nameless face in a crowd? I always felt like we were valued, but he reminded me that«doing business with ‘friends’» was the way it was supposed to be. Where you went to stores that valued you, and appreciated your loyalty. Funny thing was, after I picked up the shirt, I told my future in-laws about the cleaners. They marveled at how on a busy Friday the owner would stop and press my shirt right away. But I assured them, even if he had not recognized me, I still would have had my shirt pressed right then. He is a nice man who runs a great business. This is a business that values their customers. PAST and FUTURE !!

I love this cleaners. The owner remembers my name and they do excellent work. I even take my alterations here. They really take great care of your clothes. I have been going here for 4 years and have only had A-1 service.
