Starbucks

It’s Starbucks, and I’m sure you don’t really want to read another Starbucks review. Le sigh. They have coffee, tea, and pastry’s. This location offers a screen at its drive thru where you can see the barista taking your order. Kids and some adults get a kick out of that kinda thing. There’s usually a wait (read: longggg) at this location, but they have good service.

This the closest Starbucks to my house and while I don’t come here every day, I do come here about once a month. This Starbucks has a great layout inside. It’s warm and comfy. There is an outside patio, but you are basically at the mercy of whatever kind of weather Texas decides to throw at you. With the outdoor patio being inhospitable about 70% of the time, indoor seating lacks seating for the traffic that comes thru this Starbucks. This is primarily a drive-​thru Starbucks and I have always gotten good service both at the drive thru and inside the store.
Weekday mornings are usually a no go, unless you have ample time to get a drink before going to work. When you drive out of the drive-​thru, there is an annoying bush on your left that makes it very hard to see incoming traffic. I don’t care about aesthetic, throw out the stupid bush!
Don’t expect to get a seating area and expect to park in the Sprouts parking lot on the weekend.

Closes at 9:30 = 1 star. Sorry, but that’s weak. I guess Unilocal needs me to give information so that this review can appear to be more legitimate. I would like to say that people go to coffee shops to get things done, and sometimes people need to get things done into the late-​night hours. I would like to see this place open until at least 11. So that is why I am rating this only one star. The layout is pretty poor also and there’s limited seating also not too many chargers inside so that’s also why I am writing it just one star. Step up your game Starbucks.

Just a long line. Great coffee. But for some reason I think the burnt the roast today. Usually amazing today was a bit bitter.

Stopped here this morning for a quick breakfast, was a little sad that they were out of my favorite breakfast — Tomato Mozzarella Panini.
That is not the reason for the low rating, but I was pretty sad about that.
This was the first Starbucks location (and I’ve been to A LOT of them) that made a bigger deal about me adding a ristretto shot & frankly made me feel a little stupid about it.
When I’m in need of caffeine I order a Caramel Frappuccino with Soy milk (regular milk and I don’t mix well) and I get a shot of Ristretto.
I have a friend of mine who worked for Starbucks and she told me about Ristretto. Its purpose is like Espresso, coffee but just sweeter for us that prefer a sweeter drink.
Point is, this was the first Starbucks that after telling them I wanted Ristretto in my drink the person over the intercom asked:
Do you want it on top… or do you want it on the bottom. or how do you want it?
Like do you want it Afogato or what?
I was confused, and I didn’t really know what Afogato meant. I’m not much of a coffee connoisseur. I just wanted blended into my coffee… like every Starbucks I’ve been to before has done for me.
I responded, I’m not sure what Afogato means… I just wanted mixed in with my coffee.
Oh, okay we can blend it with your coffee.
It was a bit… condescending to say the least.
I ended up ordering two different breakfast sandwiches, Gouda and Bacon, & my coffee.
My friend also ordered her own order separately from mine, a Sausage and Cheese sandwich without the sausage.
When we went up to the window, the lady told me my total and took my card. Then she asked for the separate order for the Sausage and Cheese sandwich without the sausage.
My friend paid and then we waited for our order.
She handed me two sandwiches and my coffee. I looked at the sticker to see that they were both the Gouda sandwiches and she then proceeded to say — They are labeled so you know what they are.
I’m not sure if she thought I was confused about why they were labeled or what, but thanks. I know how to read…
After she gave me my coffee and only the 2 sandwiches, we waited for the third. She asked us, did y’all need something else?
Yes… the other sandwich.
I already gave you two.
Well we ordered three, we’re still missing the sausage and cheese without the sausage sandwich. (the one you specifically asked if we ordered when we first pulled up to the window…)
She said Oh okay and went and grabbed the sandwich and brought it out to us.
Not really apologetic or tried to fix her rude mistake.
I LOVE Starbucks, but I won’t be coming back to this one.

Its starbucks, so the latte was fine, the service was corporate standard and the space was… well, starbucks.
The problem was when I came out to get in my car, the to go line was blocking me in, not only my ride, but but 10 spaces. This is just poor planning and a big NO Return clause for me.

I have been going to this Starbucks every day for a month now, and I just want to say, that while this is not that different than any other Starbucks you would go to, they do have some of the friendliest and most cheerful barista’s early in the morning!
I always look forward to seeing them on my way to work, and the fact that they are always so nice makes my work day start off on the right foot!

This place has been out of bagels for over a week. And they didn’t run out… they just have none! Why! Get it together!

Wouldn’t sell me a 40oz. Cashier told me to go somewhere else for that. 1 out of 5 do not recommend.

The drive thru line at 9:20am was ridiculous so I decided to go inside to order. Upon seeing no line inside, I was excited! Until I spoke to the blonde older woman taking my order, she was very short with me and it was obvious she was not happy to be there. The 3 stars go to the very fast service I was given, my order coming out within minutes of ordering.
I just wish customer service wasn’t dead. How about a good morning next time?

This is my HOME Starbucks! They know exactly what I want, how I like it and many times have it made by the time I reach the register! Consistency in quality and service. This location should be named Starbucks of the year! It is in my book.

PROS: Friendly staff when they are not slammed. Place and kept clean and organized. Products I had are hot and fresh.
CONS: Weekdays, this place is a zoo. Drive thru can be wrapped around building. They HAVE to cut down the bush/​brush to the right as you exit the drive thru, can’t see other cars coming… I’ve seen to many «close calls» Staff not so much friendly when they are busy. This should be the time when they «turn in on», but iam forgiving.

Still the fastest Starbucks! These guys deserve awards and congrats from corporate. No matter how much coffee I get it’s fast and always great to the taste!

I love how conveniently close this location is to me, but other than that it’s just a subpar starbucks. Their baristas aren’t very consistent with the taste of the drinks, and tend to over-​blend the Frappacinos. The drive thru is also extremely slow, but I like the outdoor seating for when it’s a nice day outside. Of course I’ll keep going to this location because it’s on my way to most places I go, but I usually try to go to a different location if I have the time.

They have picked up their game somewhat. The drive thru is still slow, and the café customers are still neglected, but not as much as before. I feel like I constantly am seeing new faces, so hopefully they can get a group of partners together and keep them. I still am waiting for this store to have the customer connection it used to.
I said before I don’t know if I’d be back, but I’ve been back a few times, and each time it’s gradually been a fraction of a bit better than before. I come to this one to study a lot, and also if I’m heading to the dog park, I’ll stop by for a puppy latte, an iced coffee, and a Trent a water because it’s on the way.
Like I said, the drive thru is slow, but isn’t as slow as it used to be. I feel like the partners at the window in the drive thru are so much more friendly than if you go into the café. Which is bizarre.
If this store keeps it up, I definitely will keep adding stars to the reviews.

Nothing makes a Starbucks more lovable than a reliable drive thru. While the line for the drive thru can be long, this Starbucks location is always fast and efficient! The baristas taking the orders are always kind and courteous.
I’ve also been inside to get a drink. The location is medium sized with about a little over 12 tables, plus a nice outside patio! The walls have outlets so feel free to bring by your laptop or phone charger and hang out.
Did I mention the awesome drive thru?

I like this Starbucks because they always get my drink order right. The drive thru is kind of slow so go inside. They are fast at making your drink which is another reason I like this Starbucks.

I use to adore this location but not it has come to nothing but caring for the drive thru customers. Forget the fellow cage customers that come in for an actual café experience. You will be lucky to get service after five minutes of waiting and it will be nothing but baristas looking at you and walking last you. No one is friendly and all you see is their focus on drive through customers. All the old bariatas have moved on and the crew now is unfriendly. If you want a better experience go to another location, you won’t get it here.

I love coming to this location because they have a lot of seating options both inside and outaide. However I have come herw on multiple occassions in the morning on the weekend and stood at the counter for a few minutes before I was acknowledged which is not normal for Starbucks. I dont mind waiting to order but I do mind when there are 6 employees and not one of them can say «good morning. We will be with you in a minute.»
The only reason I continue coming is due to it being on the way to Massage Envy.

Small interior. For a new Starbucks in an area that was craving it I was surprised they didn’t’ open up in the full retail pad. Instead there’s a cellular store next door. Of course the employees are friendly and helpful and you have your traditional starbucks.
