The only reason why I gave 3 stars is cause of one lady that works here that knows my drink. Apparently, you can’t go to that store UNLESS you have 30 mins to get out of the parking lot. I ordered my same drink everyday($ 6 but it’s ok I know that), it’s frap. I get to the drive through 15 mins later and tell me to park somewhere they will bring me my drink! Are you serious? That means it will be another 10 mins til I get outta here. I wait a few mins to long I went ahead and got outta the car heading to the store when a barista comes to me and hands me a hot cappuccino and I ordered a frapp. Really! She says when I went to the window they were about to hand me the drink I ordered and I said hot. No! She didn’t have a drink in her hand. No! I didn’t spontaneously order a hot drink when I was at the window. I go inside with my receipt and showed them my order and the lady who usually serves me for over two yrs says«i knew you ordered this drink.“I asked everyone«why would I order a frapp hot?» They gave me a $ 4 gift card. The drinks here are consistently good! The service is right on par with other locations, and the drive through is pretty quick, too. Overall, I enjoyed this location.

Took one star off I always ask for a straw instead of that stupid stopper and the still use the stopper . Little place but can be very busy but always a good place to stop. Employees are friendly and seem to be having fun

An updated review was worth writing as I had one sit in this Starbucks this morning to get some work done. It is definitely not a Starbucks you are able to sit down and have a conversation or work, as the employees are so unaware of their volume level. I’m assuming, as they are opening shift they were skimping on their duties this particular morning. No music in the lobby, no carafes to add milk to your coffee, and an overall loud and obnoxious staff. I was able to overhear them arguing about who needed to do the dishes, the drama within the other staff members who worked here, who so and so was dating, among various other crap I don’t want to hear when I’m drinking my coffee. This made it hard to work without putting headphones in, and phone calls were to be made with caution. This location would be better off hiring a nanny for their childish and unruly staff.

I normally come here because of the drive-thru. It gets pretty packed in the mornings as any other Starbucks. I don’t know what else to say, it’s a standard Starbucks, clean, friendly staff!

This lil S-Bucks is just right off the highway, close to the office, and even closer to my heart. We are out here in Carrollton-no-mans-land so spotting this caffeine oasis hit the spot. Like most Starbucks locations, it is conveniently located on the corner of the intersection, clean, and packed with a friendly staff ready and willing to concoct whatever your heart desires. Today I went with the passion fruit lemonade, but created with apple juice. Industry secret. Starbucks is always a great place to stop in and do some homework, relax a bit, take advantage of that fast free wifi, and enjoy a beverage or a sweet treat. Stop by next time you’re in these parts.

I’ve had prior starbucks experience where it was difficult to reload a Gold card after ordering. Knowing I needed to reload my card before paying for my order today I decided to let the barista know over the intercom in drive thru. I told her before paying for my order I need to reload my card so that she can prepare to suspend the transaction. Instead of saying thank you since I just helped her out, she told she can’t do anything about it over drive thru until I get to the window in a rude tone. So I said«obviously, Im just letting you before hand to make it easier» and then she repeats herself saying how she cant help me over drive thru in a rude manner. At this point, I just went ahead and drive through the window. I pulled up to the window and she has b*tch face on. It is way too early in the morning to be in a bad mood. And no need to take it out on the customer. I’m going to complain to starbucks headquarter on her. I spend way too much money at this company to be treated like this.

I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks until I came to this location. Erika was very unpleasant! We came in ordered four coffees and one was incorrect. When we asked her to fix it, she said we can do it ourself with the creamer they have out. I couldn’t believe it! So I asked her once again to correct the drink order and she did, and slammed it on the counter and walked away! Not sure why this individual still has a job with this company if she’s so unhappy about her job. I will never go back to this particular location! Thanks Erika for your rude customer service!

Use this Starbucks 3 – 4 times a week. Seems like they are always changing help and managers. Have problems with consistency of service. Last visit Tuesday, coffee was cold. Had to wait 10 minutes to get hot coffee. Rule number one for a coffee house: always have hot coffee ready to serve. They did offer free pass for coffee next visit., but did not take. Want hot coffee, not free coffee next visit.

I stop by this Starbucks a lot since it is on my way to work. I don’t think this Starbucks is consistent with other locations I’ve been to. The drive thru is okay, it’s not the fastest but it’s tolerable. Today I got a Trenta green tea and I noticed something floating in my drink. I’m not sure what it was but I had to wait longer so the guy could remake it. I also got the protein chicken and hummus box, and I got sick immediately after consuming it. I’m not going to go here anymore. I would only come back if I’m extremely desperate.

Its a Starbucks so the experience is the same at most locations. This place is always busy so you can’t be in a rush, but the staff is pleasant and friendly. There isn’t a lot of indoor seating and the lobby is usually clean. I have seen when they are slammed and no one can bus the lobby right away, it seems many patrons don’t clean up after themselves it does get messy. As at all Starbucks, If you’re not a «coffee» person then be sure to go prepared. It’s definitely a coffee knowing environment so you could hold up the line(pushy patrons) or the baristas give you that rush pushy suggestions to get you thru the line. Parking is ok. The drive thru line usually blocks you in so you have to park strategically for a quick and easy escape.

The baristas are nice and that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars but the location is hard to get in and out of due to traffic, and they seem to be so busy that they get my drink orders wrong more often than not. My coworker and I stop here pretty frequently and I would say over half of our orders have been wrong. When we do bother to call they offer us a free drink the next time we come in, but I’ve been so disappointed by the quality of the drinks that it just doesn’t seem worth it to stop in and get some weird drink that you definitely didn’t order.

This is a good location for me to stop on my way to work in the morning. Although, the line in the drive through can sometimes be quite long, it moves pretty fast. I’ve always had good customer service here, and if you come here enough the employees will remember your drink order. Overall, it’s a solid Starbucks location, although the seating area is a little small if you plan to stay for a while.

So the staff was very friendly and fun, and they got my espresso doppio right… That’s a joke… they always get it right. I mean, its just two espressos, so I would hope so. Hahaha, I just never have much more to say than its Starbuck’s, people… Its no different than what you should experience anywhere else other than just a cordial, friendly staff.

I like this Starbucks because of its location and drive through. The Batista’s are friendly at times, sometimes when I go inside they take longer to get my order ready and a few times they completely forgot my order, after I let the barista know they did apologize and up size my drink. If it wasn’t for the convenient location I would not come here.
