Top Nails and Spa

I am very pleased with the customer service, work performed as well as pricing! The establishment is extremely clean and very well decorated. I am definitely returning!

Okay so I may have jumped the gun with this one…
I have been back to Top Nails about three times since my first visit. I feel like I owe you guys a more informed opinion than my first…
Lynn is still great– she actually had to fix the horrific fill I had done by her coworker. (I think that’s the first time in life that I walked out with worse nails than the ones I came in with.)
They also don’t have a good system for setting appointments. I have tried over and over to set an appointment with them. When i do, they never ask for a name. Weird.
I probably won’t make this my primary nail salon. The search continues…

This is the closest place to the coyote ranch area and they are rude, I went twice to give them the benefit of the doubt and still rude. I took my niece, 3, and she picked 10 colors to do a rainbow and they charged me $ 15 because of a maximum number of polish! Ridiculous, she barely has nails. I walked out w/​o tipping them and made sure I wrote this bad review.

I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time, and that’s due to other nail techs hurting me! I was tired of being bit by the drill, coming home in pain, and wondering why I would ever endure this again! I’ve even had my nail bed burned through before… Ouch!
Well, not here! I have been here twice and they have always taken such great care of me. They are friendly, and delightful to talk to, and most of all… It doesn’t HURT!

The staff is always so friendly. Linn does an amazing job at nails. I’ve been coming here for over two years and won’t go anywhere else for dip nails, solar nails or acrylic. They charge you for taking nails off, yeah, but so does everywhere else. She has pretty cool nail designs and is helpful. Great at waxing too! I love this place.

Have been a customer for a little over a year but had recently moved so I started going to another salon. I came back to get my nails done here since i happened to be in the area. Quality and service has definetely gone down hill. was charged for getting nails taken off even though i was getting a gel manicure. Apparently this is the only salon i know of that charges to get nails taken off even if you plan to get your nails done with them. Beware future customers.

The regular mani/​pedi cost $ 45, French was $ 7, and it goes up from there if you want to upgrade. It’s a little pricier than other places nearby, but if anything, they seem to be more thorough with their services and take their time.
I had a French manicure done, and it was a little uneven– thicker in some areas and thinner in others. The polish on my hands actually started cracking and coming off that same day, which was a little disappointing. My toes lasted a lot longer.
The massage chairs here are absolutely wonderful! They are up-​to-​date and work well. I thought the service was excellent. I’m rather new to mani/​pedis, but I was impressed. They brought me magazines, offered me a drink, and they weren’t chatty– they just let me relax! They also have 2 small TVs on each side of the salon to keep your eyes occupied. Definitely had an enjoyable experience here.

This place just opened 8 months ago, I just happened to drive by and really needed a solar fill. They charged $ 28 so I thought that was reasonable. They were very nice and friendly. I was greeted right away, and they started on my solar fill. The owner Jimmy did them and they look great. The décor and atmosphere was very nice, very new. His wife Jane does nails and waxing, she ended up doing my wax for eye browns and upper lip, which I was pleased with. The guy that did my pedicure is named Lee, he was okay and did not do a outstanding job. I will request (Julie), they said she is the best one for the pedi. Overall, I will come back and give it a try. Although today (the next day after my fill) one of my fill broke off. But Jane said she will be happy to fix when I come in tomorrow. So I was happy to hear that. I will keep you posted. My pedi and the broken nail is the only reason why I kept the 4^th star off. If they resolve my fix nail tomorrow and they handled it well, I will come back and revised my reviewed :)
Followup: They told me they did a solar fill, but they actually used regular fill. Very deceitful and dishonest. Will not return
