Items were so old and stale. The owner or the manager whoever is that guy is a very rude person. I would not go to this location again.

I was very excited that they opened a second location close to us and we did not have to drive to the Coit location for our Persian pastries. BUT unfortunately the quality of the cookies/pastries at this location is not even close to the Coit location. They also do not have the variety offered at the other location. The products at this location taste old. Will be driving to the Coit location!

I am very picky about baklava and I really liked theirs. We bought a selection of cookies to try and they were also good. We asked if they do cupcakes and they said they do offer them but none were in the case to try.

Old cupcakes. Stale cannoli shells and they were filled with cool whip! Don’t waste your money.

I’ve been here twice now since Natalie’s opened and both times have been great experiences. The bakery itself is pretty small with not much room to sit and eat inside. However, the cookies make up for everything because they are delicious. I got a box with assorted cookies for about $ 8 and tried a few of each. They all tasted amazing and fresh. I’m going to try their cakes next time and see how they are but I’m very happy this bakery has opened up in Carrollton!
