When hired, expectations were given for a basic bi-​weekly cleaning and I specifically discussed our trouble spots, which was to remove dust where it likes to live, under the furniture that sits on hard wood floors.
The first few visits were great and then service got weaker and when I communicated items that were missed they just threw their hands in the air, stated they were unable to meet expectations of household. Seems pretty amazing that a cleaning service can’t meet these very simple and basic needs.
