Computer Crew

I’ve been in to Computer Crew twice now. You’re met with a smile and a really good attitude every time.
Both times I’ve been there my laptop only needed the problem diagnosed, and after diagnostics, they refused to charge me anything.
This kind of attitude is exactly what I look for in a business. Because of this attitude, and the fact that most computer places have a much worse attitude, next time we have any network or computer issues at my business, Computer Crew is who we will call.
Because they took the time to tell me what was wrong with my personal laptop, and didn’t charge me, they’ve gained a business account.

When my old computer died, Jerry was in the process of refurbishing another computer that he planned on later selling. I decided to go ahead and purchase it when he was done refurbishing it. The computer was ready when he said it would be and the final price (which included some parts, diagnostics, etc to test the old one) came in a bit under the price that was originally quoted and was very reasonable.
Jerry was extremely helpful with his recommendations and he even helped me re-​install Quickbooks successfully before I left the shop. He’s an all-​around great guy and I would highly recommend anyone with computer/​software issues or anyone in the market for a new or refurbished computer check out Computer Crew before going to one of the Big Box stores. I was very happy to do business with this locally-​owned shop and will be happy to do so again in the future when the time comes!
