It doesn’t get any better than working with Andy and Gold Hill Maintenance. Based on just one Unilocal!review (5 star) I hired him because he also had the lowest price for rebuilding my back deck. Showed up on time, did the work as promised, it was a superior job, and it was worth every penny I paid. Don’t doubt his word because his word IS his bond.

If you are in the Northern Nevada area and are looking for high end, skilled construction, Andy and Gold Hill Maintenance are the guys for you. Andy is professional, skilled, hard working and always goes above and beyond. He has renovated an entire 5000 sq ft home for us, turning out absolutely gorgeous– to being available whenever we need work completed at our rental properties. His realm of expertise is wide and can do just about anything you ask him too, and do it well!

I hired Andy to redo my floors (take out tile and put in hardwood), and renovate my kitchen. The work was nothing short of spectacular. Floors were beautiful and the kitchen looks amazing. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends! He even offered to build me a table! Hard working, professional, and talented!
