After having a bad experience with another local furniture store I called JM about a new bedroom set and I have to say I have never been happier about customer service. Mary Lou and Jackee were great, whenever I asked for prices or information about products I looked up on their website they were very prompt about returning my call and answering all my questions. Once I placed my order delivery was very quick and the employees who delivered and put my bedroom set together were also very professional. The bedroom set was just what I wanted, and it looks great. I will definitely make JM my first stop during my next major purchase.

We bought several pieces of furniture from JM a few months ago and couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Tara was great to work with in store, and even the delivery people were very nice. When we had an issue with our table they were quick to send someone out and we are now getting a replacement top. I would definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to my friends.

Nice showroom, nice selection and Nice employees, all helpful. Bought Love seat, sofa, coffee table and dining table. Ryan our salesperson was nice enough to move stuff around in a grouping so we could view it, and provided us with all the information we ask for. As a bonus, they had all but one piece of furniture in stock and delivery was the next day and free, so no complaints. I would shop here again.

A manager at this store saw my review and emailed me; it took several months, but eventually, they mailed me the cable. I haven’t tried installing it yet, but I thought it would only be fair to update my review.

Cheap flimsy furniture and the if you miss one payment by 2 weeks a rude guy that sounds like a loan shark calls you and threatens you… Very unpleasant person. It is enough to keep me away from JM Furniture for life.

The repair/​warranty guy Steve, the customer liaison for customer’s needs after purchase, is not professional. The feeling you get is he is trying to get out of work and save the company a buck. Maybe that is his job, but he really does need to work on his customer service manner. I won’t do business there again. It’s too bad because the sales people work very hard to take care of customers. JM: You need to send Steve to Customer Service Training again!

Bought a dresser for my bedroom. Staff was great and delivery was free.

Went in and purchased a corner tv stand luckily they had one that would work for me. The sales gal was nice and helpful. A good experience.

Purchased a livingroom set today. Sherry was very helpful. We were very happy with the selection and the prices. We will be lifelong customers. Thank you!

I Have bought several pieces of furniture from this store with wonderful results. The delivery was free. In one case, I special ordered a large canopy bed which arrived damaged. It was caught by J & M and they took care of return, inspection and redelivery all for no extra cost. Unlike 1 other viewer, I have always been greeted immediately and given great service. A great place to shop. I especially en joy being helped by Shari, on of the salespeople and enjoyed working with Shawn in the service/​warehouse area.

So here it goes, about five months ago my wife and I went to this store looking for a bedroom set. First of all when we got there, no salesperson acknowledge us we had to ask for someone to help us. We told the salesperson what we were looking for, he assured us that the bed he was selling was a good fit for us, he told us that previous customer had in their house for two days and the bed was as is but the price was really cheap that should have been our first clue. We bought the bed. Now in the present day, this bed is crap there is big size bubble in the middle of bed, the sides of the bed are completely broke down. The springs in mattress are worn out. Now here comes the good part, my wife called this company to see if there was anything they could do, she was told as is voids their warranty and told her to call the company that makes the bed because the warranty is still good for one year but what jm failed to disclosed to us when a bed is return, you void all warranties, that is being highly deceptive if we would have been given that information we would have never bought this bed. I will never buy from this company ever again. I recommend to everyone buy elsewhere.

I bought some furniture here and immediately started getting telemarketing calls. I traced them back to J&M Furniture. To their credit, after I told them I was gonna come down and get all medieval on them, the calls stopped. But I shouldn’t have to do that.

No one in this store bothered to great me as I wandered aimlessly among rows and rows of furniture for 20 minutes. So I left.
Although there is *plenty* of department store-​like furniture sets a la Rooms-​To-​Go, I don’t know that I would ever buy any of the non-​contemporary pieces. Most of it looked like it would fit very well in my mother or grandmother’s home. Quite nicely, really.
