I just figured out that I could Unilocal about a body shop. I’ve only used this site to praise and slam hotels and restaurants. A few months ago I took my car to Ruperts for an estimate to repair two softball size parking lot dents. Their price was less than two other local body shops. They didn’t try to feed me a bunch of bullshit about structural damage, clear coat or cut lines. They gave me a straight up quote and we scheduled the work. Within one week my car was ready, ahead of schedule. The work was excellent, the customer service was fantastic and they are easy to deal with. I’d go back again if I ever need more body work.

This shop blew my mind and here is why. I brought my RV here to get an estimate on fixing a number of damaged panels on the body as well as replacing the windshield and some other things. After speaking with Ted, the RV guy here, and letting him know my intention to sell the RV, he did an estimate. I looked up on Google the relative prices and saw that his estimate was very fair. Then he proceeded to blow my mind. He basically advised me that if I was going to sell it I would get more for my money by not repairing anything. He was so incredibly honest. He then went on to give me the inside information on the best way and time to sell my RV. That kind of honesty you don’t find often in automotive repair. I recommended this place without reservation.

After two experiences with this shop, I can say that they are a professional, quality operation. I would not hesitate to have any additional work done here in the future, and to recommend them to my family and friends.
