Preferred Auto Body was awesome with a recent repair. They kept me informed throughout the process and the repair looked great and was completed ahead of schedule. Professional, courteous staff. Appreciated periodical text messages updating the progress of our vehicle’s repair. Highly recommend this company.

Allstate Insurance sent me here after my Audi was dinged in a parking lot. The staff at Preferred auto body were prompt, courteous, and helpful from start to finish. The repair was first-​rate. I would use Preferred Auto Body again, and recommend them without reservation.

Needed to have collision repair done. Preferred is an approved facility for State Farm, so they handled everything (approval, documentation). They were very efficient at providing a very detailed estimate (I like to contain costs even if I’m not paying). They were very patient at explaining things, answering my questions and telling me what they didn’t know until they inspected things. The repairs were expensive (more than the estimate) but of excellent quality. I couldn’t tell there was ever any damage. Repairs were done on time. For comparison, I also went to another shop who didn’t/couldn’t provide an estimate of repairs.
I’d use Preferred again. In fact I’d prefer to. ;-)

I found this auto body shop on Google and called to get some information on having a fender replaced. The «manager» Gary was the one who answered the phone. He spoke to me like I was a child and when I asked if he could give me an estimate over the phone he turned into a total jerk. How was i supposed to know that you don’t do estimates over the phone? The key to having a successful business is to never be rude to customers. Needless to say, I chose to not have my car repaired through them. I took my vehicle To Rupert’s Auto Body instead. Rupert’s was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone and spoke to me in a highly respectful manner. I would not recommend Preferred auto body to anyone.
