They make a decent sandwich and get extra points for quick delivery. Definitely a cut above Subway but on par with Port o’ Subs. I personally like the Billy Club with extra hot peppers on it. Staff here is friendly and the writing on the bathroom wall is comical.

We had the country club and italian night club. This sandwich place is better than Subway. I’m surprised they get a 2 ½ stars. Yummy in my tummy!

It was our first time trying Jimmy John’s as there are none near our hometown, and I was really excited, but this was some of the worse customer service that I’ve had in a while! I asked if I could sub out the capicola in the Italian sub for turkey, because I don’t like all capicola. I like the real deal, imported from Italy. They said I would have to pay for extra meat. I do believe that turkey is a whole lot cheaper than capicola. Okay, then I asked if I could sample the capicola before they put it on my sandwich and the answer was no, which surprised the heck out of me. The cashier stated that they are«very particular about their sandwiches.» I am very particular about my sandwiches, too. I then told them that it would be my first and last time eating at their establishment. The sandwich itself was bland and packed full of iceberg lettuce. Bleh. I will stick to my local deli, where the owner uses quality local products and knows how to treat a customer with respect. Thanks Orlando’s Market in Stockton!

Would have been one star but here is the positive, good service, nice staff and certainly clean. All the ingredients are there for a great sandwich and this was my second go at it here. Ordered the«Vito» and it’s a pretty traditional Italian style sandwich with Salami, cheese, and all the fresh fixins on a fresh roll. You can see the info here and they even mention it won’t look this pretty: Order up the sandwich, sounds tasty and ask for hot peppers. Next I ask what do they have to drink because NOTHING can be found on the menu. They point to a fountain machine across the way but as I explain, I can see that but what are the sizes and costs since NOTHING is listed on the printed signs. I get past that with a large drink for 10 cents more than a medium(that’s why I asked) and proceed to get my drink and wait for what should be a very tasty sandwich. It arrives promptly and I notice it’s rather light on things in it but that’s OK so long as it tastes great. The problem I now discover and I’m stunned(honest) is that it had no flavor at all. This sandwich was like biting into a piece of Styrofoam made to look like a sandwich. This is now the 2nd completely underwhelming sandwich from this place and now my last. The sandwich was not bad, it simply had no flavor at all and I still can’t figure out how they managed that. I really wanted to write a good review but I wish I would have gone to Subway or Del Taco instead.

So we show up fifteen minutes before closing. And the light says open and the blonde girl locked the doors and then looked at us and proceeded to walk to the sign and shut it off. Rude. Horrible customer service and we are going to the taco place up the street where the customer service rules and they donate to local charities. I guess«rock stars» shouldn’t be in customer service.

1.7 miles… Really jimmy johns, what’s your delivery area, 10 feet? Within 2 miles and you won’t deliver? I just don’t get it any more, do you or do you not deliver! Sandwiches are so-so, IF they get your order correct, and IF they remember to bring everything. The only real upside was the convenience of delivery but now, not even that…

The food is great, better than Subway, quite a bit more expensive. My wife was in the hospital recently for one week. I used the drive thru every day Mon through Sat. I ordered the same sandwich every day and each time they would repeat my order back to me. Everyday my receipt was correct in showing what I ordered. Everyday my sandwich consistently had something missing or not added. I told someone the 3rd time it happened, she apologized, was polite, yet when I opened my sandwich it was wrong again. Out of the 6 times I ordered Avocado Spread on my sandwich, I was charged correctly 6 times, BUT I only received the extra I paid for 3 times. Everyday I ordered my sandwich without lettuce and without cheese, they got that part correct only twice. Don’t get me wrong, the food is really good especially for fast food. Maybe if they weren’t so FAST at making sandwiches and concentrated at consistency all 6 times I ordered it would have been correct. Give Jimmy Johns a try, but don’t expect to get what you ordered.

Sandwiches are great, but until they start delivering beyond 1.7 mile radius, 4 minutes per Google maps, I am going to have to stay away from using them for a lot of the training and conferences that I conduct or just ordering a sandwich for lunch. It is always so much easier if they could deliver.

addicted to the sandwiches but mostly great service. I went thru the drive thru today and when I got back to work I noticed they gave me the wrong order. tow phone calls later — I accidentally called the south store first — the brought me the correct sandwich free of charge. great customer service.

Very clean establishment! My daughter and I ordered the turkey tom for each of us. Delicious! Super fast and extremely friendly! I will be coming in more often as I really enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere!

Ordered delivery off their website and it arrived less than 20 minutes later. Great wheat bread and delish turkey. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they’re a little heavy on the mayo but I found out later on you can order the sandwiches with less mayo. Overall, great sandwich and rockin’ delivery!

My second experience with a Jimmy Johns. They are really commited to this«freaky fast» thing. If there aren’t a bunch of other people in there, they’ll be handing your sandwich to you before you even get your wallet out. Nice space, about the same size as the one across town, but newer and shinier since they just opened recently. Despite the ultraquick service the quality is better than both Subway and Quiznos for sure. They charge a bit more than Subway but a bit less than Quiznos. One thing — it would be nice if they more prominently advertise that you can get a whole wheat roll instead for a slight upcharge. I didn’t see that info anywhere in the store and I’m looking at their takeaway menu right now and I don’t see it on here either. I didn’t know this until I saw it in another review below.

I think Jimmy Johns is a great restaurant. Freaky fast delivery! But check this out I live 1 mile north of their location and I’m out of their delivery range. There are two locations spanning the length of Carson City. North and south.

The newest addition to the Carson casual dining scene. This is a really well done space with tons of natural light. Built from scratch, it’s one of the nicer Jimmy John’s I’ve seen. They have outdoor seating and a drive thru so it’s got all the creature comforts. The food is always solid though not remarkable. I usually opt for their homemade wheat bread which is an up-charge but worth the price($.46). The help is attentive and with this being a really new location they are doing a good job keeping the dining area tidy and clean. Hope it stays that way. If you are in the mood for a chain sandwich shop in Carson, this location will suit you just fine. I’m giving them 4 stars because they did a great job with the build-out and the help has always come with big smiles. That goes a long way.
