If there was a minus star that’s what I would have given them. I fell in love with a ring there and decided to trade some jewlery in to trade for it. I have never pawned anything so I was new at it and unfortunately trusted that they would give me at least a fair price with gold prices. As they weighed the gold it was a fair price but when I asked them about the large diamonds they said «oh we only pay on weight not diamond or gem stones quality» and I happen to know those were very high quality diamonds. So I said that’s fine I’ll take the diamonds out. They said oh no you can’t do that. Anyways I learned my lesson when I went to the super pawn in Reno with my Dad to sell his gold ring with tiny diamonds and he got allot for those. And she told me I had been ripped off. I feel awful that they would do that but I did learn my lesson:-(Never go there! Go to the one in Reno.
