I was nervous shipping UPS after reading the reviews but I’ve had problems with FedEx, so… The young lady at the William St UPS store in Carson City was helpful. I tracked the box to Plano, Texas & IT WAS DELIVERED ON TIME & IN GOOD CONDITION. The only drawback was the cost, $ 62 to ship 20 lbs, that included $ 8 insurance. I would do business with this store again.
