Instead of going to Home Depot, I go here. Lots of great finds, personable customer assistance, and everything you can ask for in a hardware store.

This is not a customer friendly place workers try to belittle you if you ask a question and never given you an answer to what you asked, what a joke no wonder I was the only one in the store, all I needed was a simple part for my kitchen faucet I should have known they were going to be of no assistance when I pulled up in the parking lot and seen trash everywhere what a pigsty don’t waste a trip, I will never go back

This store provides a level of customer service that’s so rare to find these days. When Lowe’s didn’t have what I needed, I found it here (the Lowe’s associate is actually the one who recommended it). On another visit, the owner personally helped me find what I needed and took another 20 minutes to fix the item I needed it for! Some of their prices are higher than your big box stores, but I’ll pay the extra for the personalized service where they know many of the customers by name.

This store reminds me of an old fashioned neighborhood hardware store where someone is always available to help you to find exactly what you need. Why spend two hours lost and wandering around Home Depot when you can go to this store and get the help you deserve? We as consumers hold the power and I will NEVER shop at Home Depot again. I would give this store a hundred stars if I could. See you there!

OK service. Went in to buy paint and wasn’t overly dazzled by the service or product or the price. I do like the idea of patronizing a home-​town Carson business, It will be a tough decision as to whether to go back for paint again when I could get the same product with average service from a Home Depot/​Lowes, or even Wal-​Mart.

I have to give them five stars because I went to several major hardware stores and this was the only place that carried what I needed. Also, they have very knowledgeable and friendly staff members too! I wasn’t about to pay over $ 500 to get my car door lock fixed (parts and labor), but I got tired of crawling in and out of my passenger side door.
Finally, took apart the door, realized I just needed a small spring, bought a few different sizes/​tensions, modified them and voila, good as new!

I love this store!!!
I work around the corner in a laboratory and we are constantly working on instruments and upgrading all sorts of things in the lab. Anything I need, hardware wise I get here because I know 1) they usually have it and 2) they are more than glad to show you where in the store it is.
This is not a Home Depot size store, but it seems to have just about everything Home Depot has inside, just not the quantity. But since most of us aren’t building 40 homes at once, who needs those quantities. Also if they don’t have it, they can get it for you in a couple of days.
The best part about this location is the service. Service, service, service. I hate going to Home Depot because you will spend 10 minutes finding someone to help you. Here, you are welcomed at the Door with, «Hello, Can I help you find something?»
Now that is what I like to hear.

I live right down the street and I’ve shopped here 3 or 4 times. They always have what I need. And when they don’t they ordered it for me! Another thing, they were closing and I called after hours, and he stayed open for me so I could get what I needed. Great neighborhood business. I won’t go anywhere else.

I love going here instead of the big-​box hardware stores. The owner is ALWAYS ready to help you find what yor’re looking for and to answer questions as to how to get things done. The staff is also very helpful. It’s not a huge store but it has alot of the stuff you would normally need and use. Great customer service! Just wish they would open on Sundays.

An old-​fashioned hardware store in a world of Home Depots, Lowes, etc. Which means get used to someone asking you what you’re looking for and taking you to it. Even offering to take it to your car if you might need help.
