Very disappointed with the customer service I placed order of a arrangement for Mother’s Day and they never deliver when I called to ask why, the manager named Thalia told me that my card didn’t match but they did charge it, the manager Thalia who was very unprofessional she just want to refund the money back to my card, they don’t understand that it was an especial occasion and they think they will fix the problem by refunding the money, I would never recommend this place.

Had to deal with the manager Thaila horrible customer service… my orders were never delivered this is the second time this has happened. I asked for the owner seeing as this is a franchise the manager said she’d have the manager call me back but how when she hung up on me and never got my phone number… I hope the owner sees this and contacts me because thalia is not a good retail manager at all… this is now the second time on a holiday no order was delivered and I got a refund but that is besides the point this location has never tried to right their wrong just give me a refund… in customer service u should actually fix the problem offer the customer a solution not just here’s ur refund we did nothing wrong so u can have returning customer’s but this is the second time this has happened so I can’t see me using this company again… I would leave zero stars but I can’t

We received a delivery last week of an arrangement that friends have ordered for my husband for his birthday/get well. After posting on Facebook to thank them and showing the arrangement, our friends noticed that wasn’t the arrangement they ordered! Please do not buy from this store!!! I heard the manager is a mean dragon!

Called to place an order for delivery, I had a free delivery service code to use for this order. I was ordering 2 differerent items going to the same place for one order. While processing the order the guy stated the code did not work for that order & he would need to charge my card 2 different times because the items were no the same. So I was gonna be charged 1 delivery fee for one box & the other box would be free delivery. I told him I did not want my card to be charged twice, but insisted that’s what needed to be done. I told him to cancel the order & I would order somewhere else. He said ok the order has been canceled. I receive a phone call back from someone else at the location & she said that she could process the order, because he didn’t know how. I told her ok, & she said she would need to charge my card the difference. I told her I did not want my card charged twice & to do it on the same order. She said she couldn’t cause he never canceled my order. Anyways, I processed the order anyway, & will be calling to speak to a manager when she is in. They like to talk over you with attitude. This place has terrible Customer service. I place and order for Valentines day… i called to verify my address. They said it was fine. So happened they canceled my order and never bothered to call. I will never place an order with them again. They need personal who can answer questions not just rush you off the phone. HORRIBLESERVICE!!! DON’T ORDERFROMTHISPLACE! !!!

I received an arrangement from my daughter. I was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 5÷3÷14. I was not home. I called immediately but found out that Edible arrangements would not be open until Monday, 5÷5÷14. I called on Monday and was told that the delivery would be any time from about 9am to 5:30pm. I agreed to wait. At that time I told person that I would like a fresh arrangement since two days had past. They said that they would send a fresh arrangement. When I received the arrangement, the color from the fruits had bled onto each other. I ate a few fruits and they seemed to be alright. I placed the remaining fruit in the refrigerator. In less than two days the fruit had become soft and not edible. At that time I noticed that the tag on the fruit said to be delivered Saturday 5÷3÷14. I called the Carson store and spoke to one of the employees. I asked if I could bring the remaining fruit in and exchange them for fresh fruit. She said that she would have her manager call me that day. I waited and did not get any call. The next day I called the store again and spoke with the manager, Azure. She was very rude and she told me that I should have consumed the fruit within 24 hours. I told her that I was not told, nor did I read anything that said to consume all the fruit before 24 hours. I had to dispose of more than half of the fruits in the arrangement. It made me sick that the well wishes from my daughter could become such an ugly mess. It turned this happy occasion into such a nightmare. I contacted the corporate office and was told that my complaint would be sent back to the Carson store for consideration. They did nothing to resolve this matter. They told me that my complaint would be forwarded to the Carson store for consideration. Can you believe that. The Carson Edible Arrangement is the place that I was having the problem with in the first place. I would not recommend the Carson Edible Arrangement store to anyone. Matter of fact, I would recommend anyone and everyone to avoid this store and the headaches that come with it.

We place order on the website as we have done may time before but a other locations we paid for both large baskets around $ 250 order. One hour before I am to pick up baskets for our customers I get a called from the Edible Arrangements in Carson wanting to discuss my order in person. She goes on and tell me many customer have committed fraud when place larger order like this so she will like to review my billing information. So my reply was I have a receipt and I will be bringing for you to see is our credit card. This was not good enough for her and she told me how many times she had been scam by customers and she will need better proof. My reply was if you don’t believed me I can pay you in cash or you car run actual credit card while I am there. but this was not good enough so after listening to her for a few minutes I asked for a manger she replies I am the owner. I was shook to hear this type of behavior from a business owner, At one point I was asked if I wanted to cancel the order to let her know so I DID!!! This was done with a business credit card going from our business to our clients I do this all the time but never at this location. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere this business owner has no clue how to respect a client and she doesn’t belong in the service business. Poor customer service and extremely R U D E !!! I placed an order online for a special Mother’s Day surprise. Online options provide an area for delivery times and I gave a wide range of options to be sure the delivery was not missed. Well the«supposedly» owner/manager Azure rudely called me to say they do not guarantee delivery times during holidays. They deliver from 8:30am-9pm. On my original order I gave the option to deliver after 4pm and that was not good enough for her. She begin to talk over me as I asked questions so in my frustration I disconnected the line. Moments later I received an email that my order was cancelled per my request. I did NOT cancel but no problem, I’ll just place the order with another shop nearby. How extremely rude of her to cancel my order. Guess she doesn’t need the business. I will NEVER do business at this location again and will encourage my friends and family to do the same. Many of which live in CARSON and in the building where your business is housed at 531 E. Carson St, Carson CA90745. There are too many other choices available in and around the area. I recommend we as consumers send this rude business owner a message and NOT patronize her franchise any longer. She does not value our dollar.

HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE experience!!! First of all my arrangement was a day late on delivery, Second it was sent to the wrong location. My arrangement was to be sent to an elementary school and instead the driver(who claimed to be the owner and manager) arrived at the preschool, which was incorrect! The preschool director informed the driver(Adure Woods) that she was at the preschool, which had been the wrong location and that the school was down the street. The driver stated that she had a large truck and wasn’t able to take it down there, the driver then left my arrangement at the incorrect location. I called Edible Arrangements the next day asking to speak with someone who could assist me with an issue, the woman on the phone(Adure Woods) said she was able to assist me. She claimed to be the owner, manager, and driver. Adure informed me that she couldn’t deliver the arrangement to the correct location because her truck was too big to fit through a business driveway. I then asked her why she didn’t call the school, she responded with, «i did… no one answered». Which was NOT true, the school is a business, they have more than one line for incoming calls. Adure then informed me that she had been robbed before in the area of the school, so she didn’t feel«comfortable» parking her truck on the street to go inside the correct delivery location. Overall it was EXTREMELY unprofessional for the delivery person to leave the arrangement at the wrong location, expecting someone else to do the job that they were paid for!!! I WOULDNOTRECOMMENDTHISLOCATION!!!
