Went here trying to purchase some caffeine tablets, showed the employee the picture and only thing he says is its not 40% off I didn’t ask the price I only wanted the product #smh#alwaysassuming. Of course I walked out

Poor customer service. I called to find out if they had a supplement in store and the guy pretty much said they don’t have it without checking the computer he was going off by his own memory and says he knows what they have in store and does not remember or recall have that product. seriously who can memorize what’s in the store with so many pills… The sepulveda store actually took the time to check their system and found that they had 8 bottles! the guy at the Carson mall store told me that if I saw it online only that means it’s only there. what bullshit… he was trying to direct to me to Beverly Hills and Arcadia locations who might have it but he doubts it. His name is Jose… if you guys get him picking up the phone ask for someone else to help you cuz he won’t check he will just tell you it’s not there! If I could give the store no stars it would be done… whoever their manager is needs to fix their employees to actually do work… thank goodness I wasn’t a secret shopper they would get their asses handed!

I would give this a 5 star. But the girl Cynthia is too messed up to understand me. I told her I just need my gold card that I purchased from a month ago. But what she did I made me buy another gold card! She’s too busy to understand! The other staffs are awesome though!
