I came in to this shieks since is the one closes to my house and as soon as walked in I was greeted and marleni was very helpful she helped me pick out running shoes and work out clothes to start the year right and fit I would recommend coming to this location all the employees very nice but especially marleni she went out of her way to find what was my need.

If your leaving with a bag it’s obvious your happy with your selection… LOL
Well, every time I’ve shopped here I’m ALWAYS greeted immediately. That is a huge plus in my book! The customer service here is awesome and I believe the employees here actually like their job… if they don’t they’re great actors/actress…Hahahaha! I say that because working with shoes is annoying (yeah, I used to do that)…lots of styles, sizes, and colors to remember.
Shout out to Walter for making my sons day, he was so happy with the option that was given to him, he keeps taking the shoes out of the box staring at them… LOL, that’s a 7 year old for you.
We will be back! :)

Horrible customer service. If the shoes are final sale, the employee should tell the customer it’s final sale or at least write it on the receipt. They don’t know how to communicate with people. I know because I used to work in customer service.

The staff are knowledgable and friendly – not pushy at all. It really made the recent (impulsive) shopping experiences relaxed and enjoyable. I’m a huge basketball fan and casual sneakerhead. I will be coming back!
Can’t quite give it 5-​stars because they don’t have all the releases that other stores seem to get (i.e. Kobe IXs).
