good consistent service, clean facilities, tasty food, well cooked burger patties, reasonable wait times at drive thru! great location off the 405 and great to get out of 405 traffic for a food break!!! the staff is friendly and well trained by management! corporate should read my comment as they should give this location its due! justine or yustine a girl who works here on Sunday evenings is too pretty to not be distracted

Needed late dinner before we got on the road to head north after a Galaxy game.
Went for the meal deal, two tacos, curly fries and a chicken & tater tot burger.
Staff was attentive at the drive-​thru and we had our hot meal a few miles while on the 405 freeway.
All tasted great.

Received really good customer service here the drive thru employee was really nice and our food came out right away and the food was great quality, definitely loved this location.

4 of my girls and I came by after a night out for some tacos. We ordered 6 tacos & curly fries. We asked the drive thru cashier if we can have 5 butter milk dressings (1 per girl). She refused to give us the dressing because «buttermilk dressing is not meant for tacos» & she would give us 1 – 2 at most for our fries. She was a complete b*tch when we try to reason with her, & so we speak to the manager. He asks us what the problem is & we explain. He then asks us how much she gave us, & when we check the bag we realize she didn’t give us any at all! He gives us 5 & says it was really not a problem.
I take my phone out to snap a picture of her rude a*s, but she runs to the back. We laugh because she’s hides. She overhears us laughing & comes back. She literally throws are hands up, tells us she a gangster & she doesn’t care if we take a pic of her –_​_​– Really?! 1 star for this weird a*s worker.

It was alright my chicken bowl was too dry… but the service was great n they were fast

Come here once in a while for lunch, today i came to finally get the waffle breakfast sandwich which was yummy even a bit better than McDonalds mcgriddles. What made this trip even better was the chocolate malted crunch shake yummy

I have stopped at this Jack In the Box a few times on the way home from work.
I only have used the drive through at this JITB so this review is for the drive through.
The food here was fresh and tasty I was served quickly and by some friendly people.
I like the 99 cent tacos and burgers but I miss the secret sauce they used to have many years ago.
I will be back soon.

Legit drunk food!

Since this is located right next to Carson City Hall/​Community Center they give out 10% discounts when you show id.
Also, they are not sheisty with giving out sauce unlike the Jack in the Box near Carson High. I always modify my orders (2 tacos, no taco sauce or Jumbo Jack on sourdogh bread with no sauce) and ask for Barbecue sauce and House Dressing. You combine the two and heightens your senses of the grease in your stomach.
