Mike’s Plumbing

Simple family operation. I live in Brookside village and I have left Mike to finish projects when I had to run out. Clean, friendly and very detail oriented. I would highly recommend Mike for day to day pluming needs.

We wish we had never used Mike’s plumbing services for our home renovations and instead had gone with the contractor’s plumber.
Throughout the renovation process, we found ourselves having to track his availability constantly in order to keep the project on schedule. We experienced issues with many of the plumbing work from both bathroom sink pipes leaking after install, to a leaking toilet, a leaky kitchen pipe (that required fixing multiple times) and leaky water line in the backyard. Needless to say, it was a lot of work for us to follow up and make sure all plumbing was leak-​free when in our opinion it should have been double/​triple checked upon install in the first place. Not to mention, it was very unassuring for us to be told that parts were missing for a fixture but then later found in the trash.
We regret not cutting ties after the initial sewer line work. We unhappily stuck through this to the end just to get it done. We ended up hiring a different plumber when we found out the main line pipes needed replacing. Perhaps, if a full thorough scoping of the house was done initially, we would have been able to address the issues and not after the fact when renovations were already completed.
Ultimately, we were not happy with the services, the prices seemed higher than had we used a contractor’s plumber and we had an overcharge on our credit card. This whole experience with this company has left a bad taste in our mouth.

Fast responds for call requesting quote. Mike’s honest and straight forward. He took the time to explain in detail illustration to a myself (female) that has no clue about plumbing so I would be able to explain to my family who don’t speak English :). His price quote was very reasonable. I would only call Mike. Would recommend. Thanks again Mike!~ Linda

Absolutely horrible. The only reason to give 1 star is because the lady who schedules appointments is very kind. Otherwise, very unreliable. I made an appointment for Mike to come out on Saturday morning which he called to reschedule for later that day. I didn’t hear back from him until the following morning. He apologized and said that he could come later that day and of course, I didn’t hear back from him. God forbid, if you ever have a plumbing emergency, call someone else!

Mike is a wonderful plumber. He actually describes how your plumbing works and what it takes to fix it. Very fair prices, prompt & reliable. PS His son is a great plumber too!

Throughout the years we’ve had good and bad experiences with plumbers, but never had that golden «Aha!» moment where we knew we had found someone completely perfect in every way… until we were introduced to Mike’s Plumbing.
We met Mike Mazon through default as our Homeowner’s Association sent him to repair an issue in a common line. While fixing the issue at hand, Mike noticed a few issues that we had been neglecting, and asked if we wanted him to fix those while he was there. We were apprehensive about additional time and expense, but hesitantly agreed.
Mike fixed the problems with expediency, charging us only for parts… a parts price which was far lower than what we have priced out in a desperate «do-​it-​ourselves» phase. He also gave us free advice on how to maximize the life of our equipment, and cleaned out a few rusted pipes before leaving.
We have never looked back.
Mike’s Plumbing is a family business that gets everything right. He and his crew are reliable, trust-​worthy, honest, and affordable. His work is beautiful and enhances the appearance and functionality of our home. He is available on short notice. Plumbing expertise is in his blood — he can diagnose and fix a problem without hesitancy. He has always gone the extra mile to completely resolve all issues and will never cut corners when addressing your particular problem. When you and your neighbors greet a plumber happily by name when he’s in your neighborhood, you know you’ve found someone special.
I almost hesitate to write this review, as I don’t want others to discover this treasure and make him hard to get a hold of! But, I believe in paying it forward…
