Nix Neighborhood Lending

This is hands down!!! Worst customer service oriented place of business. I have been a long time customer at this location and the entire staff is not helpful, lacking in the intelligence department and not friendly or open to assisting clients in any way other than greeting w a fake smile and small talk. From the manager ila all the way down to the staff, I believe another rude clerk’s name is Betty. They are all seemingly nice until they need to actually perform job functions then they are slow, unresponsive to questions and completely unmotivated to assist! There are constant lines due to the absence of ANY urgency what so ever! I do not recommend that anyone use this location for anything of any importance that you may regard because these people are obviously unbothered, uncaring and UNEDUCATED! You would think that business’ in this area under the auspices of «helping» the community would actually do that rather than make us jump through fire hoops in order to complete business transactions. Do better in the African American & Hispanic communities because it reflect poorly on all of us, when minimum wage employees try to play God and take clerking too seriously #thisisnttheovaloffice #yourenotobama!!!

I went into this establishment because they have a Kinecta credit union window and I needed to cash a check and this was the closest Kinecta location. Clientele was very seedy and I just got a weird vibe in this place. Next time I will just go to a regular branch.
