Worse place ever never going to this shakes again. Customer service was ready bad not kid friendly.

Worse place ever, really bad customer service, all employees are rude disrespectful there was only one employee that was nice name derick. The manager was also verry rude. I dont mind paying a high price for my food but the least we deserve is to be treated with some respect especially if your giving them respect.

More expensive than your average pizza… but way worth it flavor was great quality in their ingredients is their priority…
Had a great dinner on Tuesday …
They beat any pizza Hut, dominoes, papa johns…
If u want good pizza come here

I thought the whole reason to order online was to be able to walk in, grab your food and leave (not to wait in the long line as folks debate if they can afford a small pepperoni pizza or if they need to just get the cheese pizza and top it with bologna at home.
Luckily, Albert the manager pulled the online order customers from the main line to expedite the pick up.

Came tonight for the first time in about 10 years pizza was good .Mojo’s and chicken was pretty tasty .but the salad bar was terrible I had to search thru the salad because so many pieces were wilted and brown the selection was small. only thing I enjoyed was the jalapeños and dressing. defiantly need to upgrade the salad bar cause I was disapointed

Came in during the week last week and was greeted warmly by the cashier that was actually cleaning some tables as well.
Once we were ready to order we got a meal (pizza, chicken and mojos) plus for $ 5 additional dollars you get another pizza for there or take home. We decided to take the second pizza home after we eat.
Well eventually we got our first pizza and mojos plus chicken strips. The sauce has gone down hill a bit, but it tasted fine.
Prices have gone up, you get a better tasting pizza at The Hut that serves pizza… Chicken strips were ok, mojos were ok as well, not sure why they are everyone’s favorite.
While eating a young female asked if we wanted the second pizza, we said sure, can you start cooking it in about 20 mins so we can have it ready to go once we are done, she said sure.
Upon walking to the cashier, I was already being told good night when I reminded the female cashier about our second pizza, well they looked and looked, I was not upset, these things happen, so i asked to get a credit receipt, they offered to give me a refund but I felt I would return soon, since my girl doesn’t live to far away.
So once the manager came to the cashier she wrote a small paragraph explaining the credit to be given on a later date.

Wow, I wish they had these back in Texas. I had to stop by and have some mojo potatoes and their fried chicken which was really good! Oh well, till next time I’m in Cali: /

Came down to shakeys order 2 pizza large and medium mojos chicken and was told 45 minutes before its done that is extremely way to long no family should have to wait that long for food. I am dissatisfied ur employee should let customers know how long will it take before the customer orders it.

Worst experience ever!!!
We got our food in 1 hr after we order, the pizza and chicken was cold.
Horrible I will never go back.

If you’ve had shakeys before then you know what to expect. If you haven’t you may be unpleasantly surprised. Not the best pizza but you cant beat bunch a lunch. The staff at this location is always super friendly. They will make pizza per your request and bring slices to your table when ready. Love the salad bar its always fully stocked, clean and fresh. The customer service at this location has always been great been coming here for over 20 years.

There aren’t many Shakey’s in my area. So when my family & I want Shakey’s we always come here. Pizza, mojoes (we luv the mojoes), chicken & fun. This is where we come.

I can’t understand why Shakey’s pizza is so expensive. But… I love the thin crust and pizza sauce.
This Shakey’s has been in business forever. They are supportive for fundraising purposes. I’m also glad they finally have online ordering. Customer service is much better now that there’s a diverse staff!!!
Cons: Mojo potatoes don’t have the same crispy, thick batter. Ordering over the phone takes a ridiculous amount of time. Orders online still has a 40 minutes wait time. It’s time to move to a larger building with more parking!

Disappointed with the pizza, it was cold as well, and really slow service. Worst experience, never again.
