Haven’t been here in a while but I’ve never had a problem. Food was always fresh and customer service was good.

Pizza and wings are great but the service is horrible. I was there yesterday presidents day no one was in the restaurant so they were not busy so there was no excuse for the terrible customer service i recieved. The tall hispanic guy that helped me no smile like just going through the motions just put my food in the bag didnt show me nothing and said have a nice day. And i spent almost $ 80.

Being Valentine’s Day and the heart pizza they had on tv and all over for the all star decided to order a heart pizza for the special they were having, Called in the order Brianna was very rude and didnt seem happy to be working, I came into get my pizza a tossed the pizza on the counter and didn’t show it then put a pile of cheese and pepper packets on top didn’t offer a bag or napkins just tossed it in top and started talking to the next person in line REALLY??? Is this what we do to our paying customers??! I don’t even eat Pizza Hut haven’t in years but the commercial made me wanna try it! I will not be returning to this location and from now on papa Johns it is! Also if you guys have a dress code they should enforce it her hair was wild and her jeans had noticeable holes in them in inappropriate areas

The pizza was EXCELLENT! A lot better than the last time I ate there a few months ago.

Called and tried to order a special that is on the website.. Ha ha ha… they said …
They wanted 3 bucks per pizza more than they advertise them for on the website. .
What kind of company does that. This is false advertising and i want everyone to know .
I was trying to buy food for a crew that helped me out with a hard move. .
Now i dont care how much it costs i will go to there competitor and pay full price .
Dont let pizza hut do this and get away with it .

Lack luster customer service!!! «Manager» told me to order online to get a certain deal since it’s only honored online so as I stood there to place order from my phone only to find out this location doesn’t offer deal… Need experienced adult management! Pizza was good

terrible!!! every single person that i spoke to was so freaking rude!!! the manager (mieshawni or some spelling like that) should not be the manager! she was discussing person business that is unacceptable… our delivery didn’t show up for an hour and a half!!! and ll i got on the phone was rudeness and excuses that just didn’t matter!!! i am a very unhappy customer and i spend a lot of money at this establishment! i dont care what relative of mine works there, i still pay my hard earned money and my relative does her job period!!!

Pizza was fantastic. Have not seen to many sit down pizza huts in years, last one I remember was in Bell.
Anyways, walked in and they have a simple concept, one price for medium or large and depending on which size you get the toppings are a buck or a specialty is four bucks.
The young female taking our order seemed she did not want to be there at all, gave you a look that just made her look unhappy, add dark lip stick and she seemed real mean.
She actually dropped off our pizza at the table and gave us plates and napkins, I guess she warmed up a bit.
They have three flat screens to watch sports as well as have children entertained.
Plenty of parking, just watch out for their pizza drivers, they zoom in and out like batman.

This pizza hut is the best pizza hut in Carson. The employees here are super friendly very polite. The pizza here tastes bester for some reason. I love this place.

This Pizza Hut is horrible the manager does nothing to keep her customers happy made an order got an email confirming that my pizza would be delivered at a certain time was never delivered and they blamed it on the order wasn’t confirmed and they did nothing to try and help the situation they just don’t care about their customers.

Horrible customer service! Not to mention the manager! Yelling at her employees in front of the customers, totally unprofessional!

Came here to eat and asked a cashier for some water cups he tells me he can’t because he has to keep up with his inventory (Wow!!!)mind you it was 5 kids we spent $ 50 in there and could not get water cups for water… everybody don’t drink soda and I was done ready to walk out and not even eat herw but because my kids had to eat we just stayed… Alexis was going to give them the cups but the same manager who told us we could not have the cups because of inventory told her No… never again will I ever eat here. wish I could show y’all a picture of the manager who did us like this. I will say this if pizza hut allow the they should not even be opened

I ordered pizza from their app on my phone. It was an hour late and cold by the time I received it. I thought maybe it was just a one bad experience. I ordered from them again and tried calling this time around. It showed up late yet again and was wrong. When I tried calling to find out when the pizza would arrive, all they could answer me was it was on its way. I live 2 minutes away. It took 45 minutes after I called them. Horrible Customer service. The food is ok. I mean it’s Pizza Hut. Can’t expect gourmet, but I at least expect my food to be hot not cold.

This is perhaps the worst Pizza hut I have ever been too. The staff here is terrible and are very disrespectful. I once ordered some wings on Wednesday over the phone. I asked for the classic wings with hot buffalo sauce. I did and then went I went over there to pick them up they gave me breaded wings. I didn’t notice it until I was home and so I had to went back and asked for a refund. They refused to give me the full amount because supposedly I had touched them already. The staff was ignorant and gave me the evil eye. The manager didn’t even handle the issue she sent actually sent some big ass guy that was sitting in the back area to come deal with me. What? Is that suppose to scare me? Hell no! Terrible staff and they need to be fired and actually hire some decent people. Very very bad customer service. Never came back to this place again.

Fuck this Pizza Hut terrible customer service… From their very own MANAGER !!! I’m a guest in town for 2 nights for the USA vs Korea game and this lady was so rude! I gladly left no tip. No mater what’s going on in your personal life, don’t take it to work and treat customers like shit. Bitch.

Terrible! Greasy, stinky, oily, pure awfulness! I was craving pizza today and saw the Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizza commercial, and it looked delish! So I downloaded the app and placed an order that I requested be delivered 2 ½ hours later. So, a little over 3 hours later my family and I receive the pizza.
I couldn’t even hold the box without receiving grease soaked hands. When I placed it on the dining room table, the table was immediately soaked with grease. I was starving, so I immediately devoured two slices and after 5 minutes I was sorry I did.
The pizza sat like a brick in my stomach. I lied on top my bed unable to move for two hours! Never again will I eat this pizza! I should have known better! I hate to waste food but I would have felt terrible to have allowed anyone else to go through what I went through after eating this pizza.
Seriously, this food is like a one night stand. From the commercial, it looks good and it’s seriously tempting, but if you allow yourself to be taken in by it you will regret the indulgence afterward!
Please take this review seriously! You will regret eating this pizza if not sooner definitely later!

I ordered a pepperoni personal pan with pineapple. When I got it, I thought that they forgot the pepperoni. But it was there on my receipt… Until I overheard the workers making fun of a lady who complained that her carry out pizzas didn’t have pepperoni. It was apparently hidden under the cheese. o_​O? It wasn’t until I took my first bit that i found one pepperoni. Not sure if I had anymore after that bc it felt like I was eating a cheese and pineapple pizza. I secretly felt like I was also being made fun of because I didn’t see the hiding meat as well :(pepperoni on top of the cheese please!!!

I love Pizza Hut. I do. ESPECIALLY the Pan Pizza Crust. Mmmm… pizza.
Quite frankly, I find that you either like Pizza Hut, or you don’t, so let’s just focus on this particular location.
I have been ordering and coming to this location for most of my life and I’ve never had any issues with them. Because delivery usually takes twice as long as carryout, I either call in my order or order online. (Personally, I’ve found ordering online to be the best creation as far as pizza goes since… well, delivery.)
This location has a dining area with a few video games on hand. Usually the televisions there are on Spanish channels. :P I’ve definitely ordered online and ended up deciding to eat there just because it has such a nice atmosphere.
TIP: Don’t pay full price for your pizza. There are tons of coupons online or if you call in, they usually have different specials. As of now, Pizza Hut has a nationwide special going where you can get a 3 topping pizza for $ 12 and it drops down from there.
Also note, this location also has Wingstreet. :D As far as wings go, I find that their hottest sauce is unbelievably HOT. (Definitely not for the faint of heart.)
Overall, I enjoy this location. The people there are usually pretty laid back and friendly. They get their stuff done and work with you in whatever way you need. I’ve definitely had some weird requests, forgotten to order items, etc etc that can cause most people headaches, but they’ve never once said no to me. :] I appreciate it.

Not a knock on this location specifcally, but Pizza Hut overall has gone down in taste and quality. This location can be hit and miss depending on who makes your pizza. Sometimes too much sauce. Sometimes cooked too much. Sometimes just right.

Is it my imagination or does Pizza Hut pizza always seem to be so greasy that the crust at the center of the pizza is soaked all nasty by the time you go to eat it?
And it leaves that stale greasy smell on your hands that you can’t even wash off.
