Papa John’s Pizza

Ordered online. When I walked in the lady made sure I signed my debit card receipt. Then had me have a seat. Since I didnt have an email confirmation … I waited, but not before looking in the case and seeing two boxes I had a feeling were mine. I waited about 17 mins and the lady asked my name again. I told her and she pulls out the boxes I knew were mine. :-/​Shameful… A garlic sauce for my trouble, when I already purchase an extra one… Sigh. It will be awhile before i return. A long while.

Ordered my pizza in advance. Stopped by the store for drinks & ice cream & then headed to pickup our order. Got there to pickup up & it’s took almost 20 minutes to get our order. My ice cream was melting & I was upset. I stopped deliveries because they charge an extra $ 3 or $ 4!

Delivered the wrong pizza. Spoke with the manager and wouldn’t help to correct the issue. All I wanted was a pepperoni pizza with no anchovies. They just lost a loyal customer to pizza hut.

They make delicious pizza! I have been ordering from here for about a year now and I have never been disappointed. My favorite is the meat lover’s pizza.

Pros good warm pizza made to order and their ingredients aren’t half bad I did enjoy the food.
Pro local place not far from home and the wait was not so bad
Con my order was not made correctly when I called back to let them know I was told that I would need to call back the next day cause their was not supervisor. I just don’t understand how their can be a place of business with not one person in charge. But that’s just me I guess
I never called back I enjoyed my meatless pizza and went about my day… So much for that

Purchases a groupon for a $ 25 ecard and received tion in flavor.2 separate vouchers for 1 large 1-​topping pizzas for free. Deal is awesome but I had difficulties with the
app and website. If you’re lucky without trouble shooting aproblems, then I’d say go for it! ets the 3 stars
Anyway, the deal only works online or through customer service. The deals will not be accepted in person.
Otherwise, Papa John’s never disappoints in taste! Their garlic dipping sauces are a great addition to adding more flavor. Depending on the toppings and how much you add, for my oinion, isn’t salty like other pizzas.
This location is clean and offer a few tables and seats. Staff is accomodating but NOT friendly or inviting. Therefore, food gets high marks. Staff gets low marks, which deserve 3 stars!

This is my go-​to Papa John’s when I am in the mood for pizza. Anthony, who works there is a very kind and gave me a good laugh when I mistakenly thought they sold churros at their store. Thanks Anthony! I was really embarrassed, but you helped me with my order perfectly.

Of course I love their pizzas, but unfortunately «Cheryl» was rude. After asking for an additional sauces, she gave us a rude smirk. What was the purpose of that? If you don’t like your job, QUIT!
Additionally, I came in for a carry out and we were told that it would take 15 – 20 minutes. So we waited, as soon as we got there, we were waiting 30 minutes. Our pizza and wings were just sitting there in the shelf. «Cheryl» didn’t informed us that our food was ready, I had to asked why was our pizza taking so long. I will no longer be coming to this papa johns again.
I’m mad that I even had to write one star.

Just ordered tonight and got my pizza in a half an hour. It was nice and warm. They brought me a lot of napkins as well as plenty of parmesan and peppers which I didn’t have to ask for. A couple times the service has been a bit slow but I’ll keep ordering based off this last time. They also have good promo code deals which you can get sent to your email. For example, a large 5-​topping for $ 10 or 50% off your whole order. :)

Lady on the phone is always pleasant. Pizza made on time by the time we come for pick up. Pizzas here come with garlic sauce already packaged in the box, +1.sometimes this isn’t always the case at other papa johns.

I’ve ordered delivery from here twice, kinda late, and the lady on the phone has always been very nice. The pizza is perfect when I get it, unlike some places when I order (late or not) and it seems like the pizza was half ass made.

Picked up pizza at this location… Two star because they ran out of pepper and permesan cheese!!!

First I get a really nice girl, excellent customer service. Call back cancel wings (way over priced) and add one more pizza special she made for me. New girl on phone says no it’s more and wasn’t very nice. Cancel the order cause you won’t be getting our business anymore. We were pretty regular. Papa who? Wish I still lived near Pedones!

i totally agree with all these people below me. customer service sucks. The guy that i spoke with over the phone was completely a**hole. Very rude and unprofessional. I was on hold for 20 min. and the food arrived more than an hour. My stomach is now full with gas. Horrible store. Never will i order from here again. JUNK!!!

My very 1^st time eating a Papa John’s Pizza.
Called ahead of time, on Halloween 2013 actually, used a promo code, got a great deal and the cookie pizza for $ 5
omg! my mouth is watering talking about this.
Pizza was Hot, Fresh, Well Cooked, and I’m amazed how fresh the ingeredients were. No comparsion to the other pizzas (Pizza Hut, and Dominos).
And this cookie Pizza, amaz-​ingggggg.
Hot, crispy edges, and soft in the middle.
a little bit over cooked for my tatse but never having it before I could not tell them take it out a min or two sooner. but Now i know.
The other reviews about the workers, who really cares what color there hair is or anything unrevelent to pizza talk.
As long as there friendly, nothing more needs to be asked of the cashier.
Boom! Pizza attack.

I really like Papa John’s pizza’s and this is my go to store. I make the pilgrimage here every couple of weeks and basically order on-​line and then give them about 20 minutes to have the order ready for pick up. Most times 20 minutes is sufficient but I’ve had to wait a couple of times when they are busy like around lunch time. After sampling different options I’ve settled on the Chicken Cordon BL as my standard order which uses a spinach alfredo sauce as the base for this creation and go with light cheese as they tend to really go overboard with the cheese on this one.
This location is in a tiny lot shared by the likes of blockbuster so getting a spot is a bit tricky but manageable during week days but tough during weekends when the spill over from the super market next door invades this place.
Customer service is great and people behind the counter are always smiling and welcoming.
I think they would be perfect if they included specialties as part of their papa rewards free pizza and offer chili flakes with the pizza (pizza comes standard with garlic dipping sauce and perreroncinis but no chili flakes), but I guess these are not in their control and are more of a corporate policy thing.
Overall a great place to get a good pizza at a decent price.

Okay, so I’ve given this place several tries and it’s the same poor quality pizza all the times I’ve tried it. It’s the same quality as Little Ceasar’s $ 5 pizzas. At least with Little Ceasar, you can expect that the pizza won’t be superb because of the cheap price. Here, you pay full price for bad quality pizza.
As another note… If you order online, they will not call you to tell you when your order is ready. So either you gotta time it right or call them to see if your order is ready.

Eh, I normally love thin crust… But for whatever reason, the thin crust pizza I had here was pretty terrible. Maybe it was a bad day. I was wrong. I tried it out again and didn’t order the thin crust and it was still pretty bad. Ugh.
