This place is a mess nobody cleans up the floor or the tables worker standing around socializing

Waited 40 mins for our food today. Had to walk to the front and was handed the pizza by the cashier. Pizza was damn near cold. Very lukewarm. Manager on duty very nonchalant about it all. I understand that its busy and all but this is just ridiculous! Will never b back here.

I brought my children to chuck e cheese on Tue night. All the tables were dirty i had to stand up and eat my salad I ate the entire salad when my order came there was nowhere for it to go the manager stated that she was on break and would be with us in 25 minutes. She said that all of her workers was on break because it was busy and corporate only allows a certain amount of hours so question to her was so with everybody on break no one is able to clean a table she said no and I’m actually on break very rude and unprofessional I will not patronize their business any more

I am here at this nasty, horrible and untidy location that caused me to eat my salad while standing for 25 minutes, because no tables were available that were clean with to add the server had no where to deliver my order. NOT to mention, I wanted to purchase a beer, and couldn’t do to there wasn’t anyone that was 21 years of age who could sell me one. I requested to speak with a manager (Belinda) regarding the issue and unprofessionally she responded «she was on a break)…Once she was off a break it was 900pm and I went to request my beer at the register and she responded, CEC was now closed, with a unbecoming frown on her face… their customer service is wack.

This is the slowest I Ben too and the manager dose not do any thing about it have your employees change there attitude this is the far worse chuck e cheese I have been to my kid got ran over by an adult where it is a kids place won’t come back agin

This place is beat avoided. Over an hour for pizza to be delivered we had to clean our own table the drink station and salad bar are trashed. I can understand its a kids place but seriously come on now, run the staff the right way or staff up. Ugh!!! 1^st time here. Also the salad bar could use more options. Not satisfied at all. Won’t complain as I’m still waiting for my pizza.

I came her today with my daughter my sister n my nephew. My sister n nephew are from Texas. So we ordered and played while our food is getting made. Anyways cut to the chase where we ticketing out for the prizes. Idk I glanced down at my shoes & I seen a roach. I though I was tripping so I looked under & smashed it. It was a roach. A ROACH A F*£+ing ROACH. Really. I showed the guy!!! RODNEY who was helping us & the only thing he did was clean the glass cuz I placed it on the glass. No apologizes or nada!!! I didn’t make a seen or nothing. He didn’t even say nothing, just continued to ask what else my child wanted from the prize case. I really really am so disgusted from this chuck e cheese. Like wtf. I spend 40 $ on this roach infested place. Pls don’t come here. Imagine how the kitchen is.

This chuck e cheese can be so ghetto I had only one bad experience where I had to push my kids to the side because some lady wanted to get in fight with the cashier. Overall it’s not too bad during the wee, it’s usually empty. Plus they have a 5.99 all you can eat buffet until 3 selection sucks but not bad for the price.

You need more employees like Anthony. He is very attentive and should give lessons on customer service!!!

Worst Chuck E cheese’s experience ever! I’ve never been to a place with so many broken down «out of service» machines! I chose this place for my son’s 1^st chuck E cheese’s experience but I do regret it. I will never return here! Plus when my nephew went to cash in his tickets /​points the person attending him didn’t seem to care he’d just show us his calculator instead of suggesting items or letting us know how many points we had left. BTW, this was around 12 a.m. it had barely started getting packed so I saw no point in his lack of communication.

When you go to Chuck E Cheese, one should expect — a bunch of crazy kids running around, teenage staff that doesn’t take their job too seriously, and a overwhelming chaos. If you don’t expect this– then you are just setting yourself up for failure and stress when you walk into ANY Chuck E Cheese.
Granted I went in the middle of the day on a Tuesday, but this location wasn’t crowded and was very clean.
They had all the standard games. I like how everything is super cheap. We had no issues with tickets– all the machines gave tickets.
Theres free wifi! How can you not like bringing your child here? The free wifi convinced me to want to come back!

This place is located at a mall, so it will get crowded. I’ll bring my daughter here once in a blue moon, preferably weekdays, to avoid crowds and crazy parents, if ever we visit. I am always on my guard because this place has had a shooting in the past. When happen to visit on a weekend and wanted to celebrate my daughters birthday. We chose this place because it was local and we didn’t plan a party.
When it’s not busy, it’s clean. When. It is crowded staff just doesn’t seem to clean. Trash on the floor, tables aren’t clean after other guests have left. Only time they will clean is if another family would tell them.
As far as food, I have always liked their pizzas. That’s it. Everything is overpriced. Salad bar is a mess because it is all you can eat, I don’t know why these people stuff their plate to where items fall off and into dressings and counters. Cleaning is not their priority. I would steer clear from salad bar, who knows what disease infected hands touch the handles. The beverage area is horrible, kids will walk up to it without assistance will try to get drinks. The counter is wet and sticky from all the spilled drinks. You see people wash sippie cups to fill it with soda. Straws and cup covers are scattered.
Now, on to the arcade. Like everything else. Filthy, sticky littered with trash. People leaves their empty token cups on arcades. Empty cups on the floors and arcades. There were kids eating on a racing arcade seat, left their plates on the seats after.
Conclusion. Stay away on weekends. Try to come during lunch hour. Only oif you have to. Staff is horrible. Food quality is bad. Cleaning is not their priority. If you can go to Boomers! Go there instead. Adults that come here are just ghetto. Adults will fight here.

By far the WORST !
Under staffed. Everyone that’s working looks like 16 years of age with no clue why your at their job! My pizza was burnt. —50% of the games either said Error or Add Tickets! —Their was only one game attendant. Not to mention that same game attendant was working with the games and coming out the kitchen delivering food !! The restroom was disgusting toilet paper was everywhere !! Disgusting !!
GO ELSEWHERE.

Wait 55 minutes for a pizza, all tables dirty for a long time, machines not giving tickets, long lines to change tickets, restroom very nasty, not recommend this location…

Great place to take the kids to get your moneys worth. But the older kids, ages 7+ get bored very easily here. Try Dave and Busters to keep them busy, but prepare to spend more money.

Place is over run with «dead beat» family members dressing like its a 2pac music video, the place already had a shooting early of the year 2015 just google: «chuck e cheese Carson shooting», for further proof, not to bash on the lower class, but if your a decent folk trying to spend quality time with your children in a relatively safer and hostile free environment, find a better chuck e cheese in a nicer suburb area, unless you can deal with wanna-​be rappers and baby mama dramas as well as anything that falls into the category: gangbangers, ghetto-​fabulous.

My wife and I bring our kids to this Chuck E. Cheese’s every now and then. It’s usually clean and not overcrowded (except on weekends). It’s part of the Carson SouthBay Pavilion Mall, which allows us to kill many birds with one stone (Target, IKEA, Jamba Juice, other stores, food, etc).
My kids love playing at Chuck E. Cheese’s. As long as my kids (and wife) are happy, I am happy. You know the saying, «Happy wife equals happy life.»
Once my son put a coin into one of the games and it didn’t work. I told one of the employees, and he handled it immediately. Even though we only lost one coin, the employee came back and gave us four coins (he was very professional).
We tried the pizza here, and surprisingly, it’s not bad (I wouldn’t say it’s great).
My son likes to exchange his tickets for prizes/​treats at the end. Sometimes the person behind the counter is pretty strict about the tickets. On one occasion my son wanted taffy, nerds, and a little spin toy, but we didn’t have enough tickets. To our delight, the employee was nice enough to give us all three items anyway (a nice gesture). It’s the small things that can make a big difference (especially to a child).
I saw all the one star ratings this location gets and don’t understand them. I’ve been here a bunch of times and it’s okay, not terrible. We plan to come back every once in a while.
There was a shooting that took place at this location recently. There will always be some extra concern in the back of my mind when coming here. We’ve been to this location many times in the past and we don’t want to stop coming because of one isolated incident. We just need to be cautious. It’s not worth it for parents to escalate the situation over something stupid between kids.

I don’t even want to write this review just because reading the others Unilocal is very discouraging how chuck e cheese is ignoring their customers satisfaction. I received a e-​invite from my friend for her son b-​day party sunday @ 6:30pm. I’m a big fan of the chain and it’s locations but I’m disappointed of this one this is why! When we walk in @ 5:30 there was a long line with one cashier. Then we went in the bathroom that was the worst tissue paper and soap all over the place. After we check in with our party we notice stains in the carpet. During the celebration the host was overwhelmed with our party of 30 adult and 20 kids that I only saw her 3 times. The 2hr we where there the my friend had to flag the near by staff member for help. By the time the party was over the party host never return and another staff member close the tab. This location has been move to the other side of the mall to be remodel but what for if the service is really bad and the food is ok. For anyone who’s thinking about dropping in you might want to check other kid friendly places.
Tips: This Location shares the parking lot with the new side of the so looking for a space can be a headache.
Also this location is under staff.

We would frequent this place when it was on the other side of the mall. now that it is in front of five guys I can tell you that it is smaller than before and they took out some of the games so it gets crowded much quicker. Plus, the tables also seem smaller and crammed in together. They really should not have moved it to this place, even outside the mall on the Sears parking lot side would have worked out better. But ok it is what it is!
The food has gotten better, but the wings were lukewarm at best when they brought them to the table. We will go again but will go early since it gets packed right after 1pm on Sundays. and i heard not to step foot in that place on Saturdays, nowhere to sit!

I bring my toddler here every so often. The workers are nice and helpful. Whenever a machine eats up your token without working, they usually give you a couple extra tokens. No questions asked. Yea, sometimes I’ll hit up the salad bar. Especially, after printing up a coupon for $ 2 off!
