Pizza Hut

Does it really take over an hour to deliver a pizza less than a mile away?
It’s been 1 hour and 15 minutes and the pizza is no show!
I guess customer service is not a priority for this joint.

Ordered a pizza for delivery that was not completely cooked & I called to complain… The man over the phone was rude & nasty & hung up in my face when I ask to speak to manager. I called again & he hung up when I ask for his name. I drove the pizza back to the store for a refund… The manager who handle my refund was nice but I would never order from this Pizza Hut again.

They actually don’t deserve even a single star. Manager was uninformative & rude. When asked for a customer service phone number or corporate phone number, I was told that she did not have that information available. How ridiculous is that? They advertise a quick check-​out & 50% discount when signing up for Visa Checkout. Their website has you make order them take down your credit card info. Then when you submit, it ask’s for your order again. They had me going in circles wasting my time. So I called the store I wanted the delivery from. They’re just as stupid as their useless website. How do they not have a number for their corporate office. Straight out lied to me, that they didn’t have a number to call. Who do they report to? Where do they get their product? No customer service what so ever.

Wow what a difference a year makes… Last time I was here didn’t get the right help or order was not happy. Well today is a new day and I am beyond satisfied the service was fast I used the online app to place my order when I arrived it was hot fresh And ready no wait time! Used a coupon $ 5 off very happy no issues everything from order to home was great!!! Now what made everything perfect was enjoying the hot meal and every bit was outstanding food was fresh wings were spicy just the way i love but maybe better then I could of wanted the brownie talk about soft & warm omg this hit the spot my husband and I are super happy the kids wanted pizza we were unsure but took a chance! We will re order tonight for the fight to share this great food with family especially those wings

My husband ordered 2 medium pizzas for his birthday bec of the deal they have online which is $ 6.99 each for 2 medium pizzas. He forgot to mention it and the next day I saw his receipt and saw he paid the regular price. I called them if it’s possible for us to have credits back. After speaking to the manager, the lady said no they cannot but they can only give us free desserts for our next order. She also said that THEY DON’T OFFER OR MENTION DEALS IF THE CUSTOMER DOESN’T ASK FOR IT. Unbelievable. It this is the case for all pizza hut locations, I’m so disappointed and we’re definitely not looking forward to a next order.

If I can give no stars I would. I ordered for delivery and the delivery guy got my address wrong even if I inputed the address correctly and someone even called to verify.
Not only that, the delivery guy called me again and said «do you even want your pizza?» So here I was waiting for 25 minutes on top of the 40 for delivery and I called the store and he came back to their store and not even called or notify me. Then I called the manager to address the problem, she hung up on me before I can finish talking.
RUDE BEYOND BELIEF! If customer service is not your forte, you shouldn’t work in it.

So I have used this a Pizza Hut many times and the food quality has always been pretty good so I order it for my kids when I work late or am out of town. Tonight I ordered about $ 30 worth of food again and was surprised to get a FaceTime from my 13 & 17 year old children with the driver Italo basically calling them dumb saying «can you not understand» (remind you his English is horrible) and saying no credit card, no food. He became very disrespectful so I told my children to close the door.
I went to the store and the manager apologized and refunded the money, she even offered to give me the food for free. But as I had to leave a engagement to deal with this I did not want the food nor any other compensation. I have no issue if I need to have a credit card present I will either leave my card there or just order somewhere else. But the fact they do not follow there own policy (this was the first out of 6) it is frustrating and for the driver to be condescending and disrespectful means I will not patronize this business any longer.

well, i learned my lesson…
One hour and twenty minutes later, i get my cold pizza with a couple sprinkles of chicken and a few spinach leaves. And it has grease dripping down my fingers. Gross. I had to throw it away.

This place is just ridiculous.
For one I ordered a pizza with their signature crust flavor and when I got my pizza it wasn’t on there so a few weeks later I ordered again and they didn’t put the flavor crust on and the pizza was sloppy. On top of all that both times I had to wait 5 – 10 mins. for someone to ring me up that’s just ridiculous when it’s 6 people in the kitchen and everyone last person just stare at you without even greeting or showing a gesture to help. Never again! Stay away from this location if you can.

If i can give this place zero stars I would. here’s why.
I made an order online. I assume by placing an order online it would automatically get delivered to me, right! NO! They call to verify the order and if you do not answer they cancel it. To my luck I wasn’t sitting next to my phone so when I finally checked and called back they told me I had to place my order again and wait another hour.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO ORDER ONLINE AND PICK THIS LOCATION BE READY TO EXPECT A PHONE CALL AND IF YOU DO NOT ANSWER YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO RE-​ORDER AND WAIT ALL OVER AGAIN.

Sooo LaaaMe!!! This Pizza Hut location are making up a behind the menu rules! LaaaMe! So lame! They threw away my order because I showed up for pick up 30 mins prior ordering… So fucking messed up! Aren’t they supposed to call as a courtesy to see if I was coming??? Lame! Customer service!!! Zero Zero stars! I’m sooo upset! I alway order dominos because Pizza Hut always disappoints! I’m sooo upset! I’m so contacting consumer affairs!!!

If I could put zero stars I would. Called this place earlier someone answered and put me on hold for 20min plus. And just hung up on me. Rude customer service! Just ended up calling dominos and got our pizza ordered.

Ordered at 7:41pm…they didn’t deliver my pizzas until 8:32pm! Pizza was hot at least… The product was delicious. But my family and I feel that almost an hour for two hours this late into the night was a bit much.

They had me waiting there for almost 40 mins for NOTHING.
They never made my pizza and they ran out of breadsticks.
I get it… people run out of things, but to have me sitting there for so long! I was told plenty of times that my order was on its way! I don’t get it. why would you tell my my order was on its way plenty of times when it was never being made. The manager working last saturday night thought I was stupid. I was sitting there the whole time watching them and I saw he was upset because an order was not made. yet he waited almost 10 mins to tell me! I didnt know it was me when I was observing him but it was clear it was me. He should have told me RIGHT AWAY not kept me waiting for more time!
What did he think the pizza gods would come and deliver my order? pft.
I wish he would have offered me hand tossed (what they had left) and offered free delivery! That would have been nice. I even told him I had 2 little girls at home hungry and waiting and all he would do is refund me and mutter a pathetic sorry. I was so upset at the way he treated me. The fact that he knew my pizza was not made and tell me 10 mins later… I mean, he could have had them make a subsitution right when he knew it wasnt made. He had the balls to tel me he didnt know, yet I was watching him the whole time!
Ugh — never again!

Horrible service, call for a delivery and waited for 2 hrs then I decided to call back to see what happen. There answer is that supposedly they call my number to verify it was real and since the call didn’t go thru so they cancel the order. What the hell I’m a register Pizza Hut member and been using this Pizza Hut for months now and they claim I’m new In the system and that my number didn’t go thru. Seems like they either forgot or just didn’t want to deliver. Never again eating Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut is alright. Limited parking in a small strip mall. While your sitting waiting inside some of the employees at the register talk about their night out, some talk about the fight they had with their sancho, some talk about estupid stuff ‘eh, but I digress. Jeez, to be a stupid teenager again. Customer service was good. I was helped by a cute young woman, she said Hi as I walked in. I walked in, ordered my pizza and cheese bread, paid, and my pizza and bread was ready about 8 minutes later.

This Pizza Hut is located by Anchor liquor. It is basically for take-​out or delivery. There is really no place to sit and eat. Pizza here is always good. They have wings but not Wing Street wings. Wish they did though. I like the breaded Wing Street wings better.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place. Maybe there’s been a change in management/​staff? I don’t know. But regardless, I’ve frequented this place a handful of times over the past year or so and they’ve always been great. I wouldn’t go so far as to say that Pizza Hut is a five star pizza place. But, as far as chain pizza joints, they’re solid. And, I felt like they deserve to have their average score tilted a little closer to something more fair.
I always pick up my food, so I can’t speak to their delivery. However, when I do pick up my food the staff has always been courteous and prompt. And the couple of times there were mix-​ups with my order, it was fixed quickly and I was on my way to stuff my face with cheesy, doughy goodness in no time. Also, I’ve been ordering a lot through their app on my iPad and it’s been really convenient and they always have it ready at the estimated time.
This Pizza Hut is A-​OK in my book.

Pizza is just like any other Pizza Hut.

Wow, I’ve been ordering from this place since I was a kid and I honestly haven’t had ANY problems with them. I feel bad for the people below my review who are complaining that much about it and/​or the pizza itself. This Pizza Hut isn’t bad for a small little place that mostly caters to people getting take-​out and/​or delivery.
The drivers are really cool and nice. Cashiers are awesome and friendly. When I call, they don’t really put me on hold for a long time or anything like that. To the chick at the bottom complaining about Pizza Hut NOT asking for your I.D. with your debit purchase… umm… I personally think that it’s GREAT that they ask for I.D. because it lets you know that they care about the customers and identity theft. I love how people say that the employees are ghetto, but they don’t go into detail and/​or state an experience.
Around the area is the Anchor Liquor if you need some smokes, drinks, lotteries or whatevers, a donut shop across the street, a laundromat next door and a fix market next to it.
If this particular Pizza Hut wasn’t here, I would have to deal with ordering from the one at Wilmington and if you honestly did your research, the crime rate there has skyrocketed, so umm… no bueno! So THANK YOU, Carson Pizza Hut for staying in business after all these years! :) Forget the haters! I’ve been a fan of you guys ever since I was in Kindergarten and Elementary joining the BOOK IT! Club and they would give me a free personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut.
