I called Sunday the 20th at 4:05.i was told to come by because they didn’t close until 5. When I arrived at 4:23,the person that said come by, had one person in the chair and one after her. There was a party of three. Sara (blond) was cutting someone’s hair that she obviously knows well. They were talking about their spouses, hunting and cooking. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but every time she replied to him, she stopped working. Next thing I know, he has his phone out and they’re looking at pictures. Finally at 4:41 I get up and say“what time does the store open tomorrow?” Both employees said 9. It’s a damn shame that someone walks in and these two, especially Sara, doesn’t do anything to take care of a customer. They both had their minds made up that there would be no more done than what was in front of them. Apparently their boss hasn’t informed them of what’s expected. To stand there and «slow play» a waiting customer is very rude. So I drove 18 minutes for nothing.
