Chili’s

Another great night and experience here. Met the bartender Robin. I ordered the blueberry pineapple margarita. It’s huge and yummy.
Started with chips and salsa. Always good.
We ordered 2 Old Timers. My favorite burger ever and I do not even like burgers much. I love the new pickles and you must try the avocado ranch with the fries.
I wish we could have had dessert but we were too full.
The mgr is awesome as well. She came out and chatted with us for a bit. Thanks Smitty.

Me my wife and family member stopped for dinner the server and service was top notch, the food to me was fresher tasting than any Chilli’s I had been to, excellent atmosphere and food.

We arrived for a late lunch after the normal rush time — a little after 1. There was no one working the desk, so it took over 10 minutes to get acknowledged and seated in a (mostly) empty restaurant. Once some kid finally shows up to seat us, there was no apology for the wait or explanation of why there was a long delay. Once we were seated, it was another 15 minutes before someone showed up to take our order. If it was busy I could understand a delay in seating and ordering; but the place was maybe 25% occupied.
However, it got better from there. Once we expressed our displeasure over the delay, our waiter made up for it. Our Texas cheese fries appetizer was comped and the main course was brought out quickly. We ordered the smothered prime rib burrito and the smothered smoked chicken burrito. Both were excellent. Could have used a little less rice but flavor on both were outstanding.
So overall it was a neutral experience. Bad first impression followed by great service and a good meal. Definitely worth coming back for another try.

Love this Chili’s. Hard working staff and excellent menu variety. Very good for large groups. Servers are well trained and with such menu variety everyone could find something delicious to eat. A family favorite. No complaints

Chose this spot to meet our dear friend Teresa who lives in Acworth, since it is about midway for each of us from our homes. I decided to order the Buffalo chicken salad, and it was very tasty and filling. My wife got the turkey guac burger and really enjoyed the quality of the meat. Teresa opted for the chicken quesadillas (since they did not have corned beef quesadillas, which my wife made for her one time and which she has never lived down to this day.) All the food was good, but the company was better, and Kevin did a good job keeping our tea and water glasses filled, and we will probably make this a regular stop.

We ordered to-​go on our way out of Atlanta. Didn’t want fast food for the road trip so my girlfriend ordered a Chicken Bacon Sandwich and I ordered a Grilled Chicken Salad. After driving about an hour out, I opened my salad and saw that they completely forgot the chicken breast in the salad. I went to their website and contacted customer service but have not heard back after a whole week. I usually love Chili’s but this specific establishment was very disappointing.

My wife and I stopped by on the way to Atlanta. Upon being seated we were not greeted by our server for almost 10 minutes. I grabbed the attention of the manager and asked if anyone had our table. He took our order which included 2 drinks from the bar. When our food arrived we had still have not gotten our drinks from the bar. We told the food runner just to cancel them. Our server finally visited our table for the first time with the drinks in hand and said I guess it would of been nice to have these before your food. I said, that was the idea… Upon paying our check at the kiosk, our bill was 28.10 and the machine automatically puts the recommended tip at 20%. I didn’t feel that was 20% service so I slid the counter to 10%, but the tip indicated $ 4.xx which wasn’t 10% of the bill, so I slid the counter down to 5% for an accurate 10% tip. Most people, me included have hit the 20% automatically without looking at the amount. But today it would have paid an additional 5% amount. This is just wrong. I’m going to check my amount from now on @ Chili’s. Love the restaurant chain but will never visit Cartersville Chili’s again.

Went with friends for a nice New Years Eve early dinner. First visit at this location and found it very clean, friendly, food hot n delish. Only con I have was it was soooo cold in there we all had to leave our coats on. All agreed we would have stayed to enjoyed dessert but couldn’t wait to get out n warm up.

Queso is the bomb! My steak was seasoned perfectly. Smashed Potaoes were the best! Margarita was very tasty. Service was spectacular and tabletop refills and Bill pay wow!!! Loved that.

Had not eaten at a Chili’s in a while. This was a real surprise. Our food was yummy and service was excellent. We were traveling and we’re very happy stopping here.

Never had anything bad. Great service and great food. Have sports tv’s and. A great bar. Fun place to meet and eat!

I am a people person and when I go out to eat I like to joke around and have fun with our servers. Thursday night I finally found a server that like to have just as much fun as me. If you go into Chili’s in Cartersville, Ga not only is the food superb but you have to ask for STAR to be your server. Just remember to tell her she looks like a younger prettier thinner Rosanne Barr. Once you do that it’s on. You will have a blast I promise. One of the top 5 servers I have EVER had. We thoroughly enjoyed our night out there. And just tell her You seen Drew Careys review of her.

This week’s stop on our Sunday NFL tour keeps us close to home (with a new puppy in the house, we don’t want to travel too far). Good news: this location has NFL Sunday Ticket. Bad News: no Wi-​Fi! This will likely be a one-​visit Sunday venue. :(

This Chili’s looks like it has been freshly re-​decorated. There is modern looking artwork on the walls, many high quality flat screens showing games, and everything looks clean and new. I’ve been to many Chili’s and this one is definitely the best decorated one I’ve ever been to.
The food was good and the staff was attentive. Will definitely come back if I am in the area!

I am a big fan of chli’s, but this location does not do a very good job. My friends and I will drive 20 miles out of town to go to the next chili’s because the service here is normally so bad. I really with they could fix their issues. The food is normally okay, but everytime I give them another chance ther service really disappoints me.

Basically your standard run of the mill Chili’s. The waitstaff is nice, but when they are in the kitchen they need to remember that their patron’s can still hear them and tone it down a little or dont talk about your personal lives.
Food was pretty much your run of the mill bar food. Nothing special here. Thankfully, I didnt get sick after eating here like I did at the Chili’s closer to my house so that is a plus and elevates it from a 2 star rating to a 3 star rating.
