30 minute drive. First time buying decent art and went to them for framing. Took three weeks for a basic frame that cost hundreds of dollars. Get a call about it being ready. Drive my 30 minutes there, open it up to review prior to leaving, and there is a blatant black dot on the white matting easily visible to the naked eye. I’m not talking microscopic. I’m talking the size of a freckle. This is unacceptable. For hundreds of dollars, they should do better. Who knows how much longer it’s going to be now for them to redo it and naturally I probably come off like one of those hard ass customers. I’m sure others have had great experiences, but unfortunately I’ll be going somewhere else if I choose to continue to pursue this expensive hobby of art collecting. Decent choices for framing and other arts and crafts things though. And the staff was quite kind and understanding and willing to fix it. Hence the reason for 3 stars instead of 1 or 2.

Best selection of yarn in the area (beats Michaels and Joann Fabrics hands down) and the staff is incredible, always smiling and offering to help! Definitely my favorite place to shop for supplies.

Not a bad craft store! They have a little but of everything. Today I went and picked up 3 milk crates to make a rustic ring toss, cake holder, and stencils. They always have coupons. You can find them online, in the newspaper, and even get one almost every time after purchasing. Not many cash register open but the lines weren’t bad. Friendly staff, and good selection I will be back in the future.

They have good stuff and reasonably easy to get coupons. But, until I visited Michaels, I didn’t realize how crappy their customer service is. Hardly anyone makes eye contact and if you need help they’re doing you a favor. From now on I’m loyal to Michael’s– same or better selection, and everyone says hello and can I help you.
