Very happy with the beautiful pictures that Alexandra took of my daughter. We did a senior picture shoot at Pullen Park on a Sunday evening. She had some great ideas for backgrounds and loved the suitcase prop. Going to be hard to pick a favorite, they are all so good. Super fast turn around time — had disc of pictures within a week! Great experience and cannot believe how reasonably priced. I am recommending her to everyone I know, and will be calling again in a few years for second daughter!

I got in touch with Alexandra to take family photos. I have a 4.5 month old baby and really wanted to make sure we captured fun and beautiful pictures to share with family and friends.
I really enjoyed my photo session with Alexandra. She was very helpful and creative with our set-​ups and positions. She had all of her props, lenses and ladders and was fast and very efficient. She wasn’t afraid to get DIRTY to help us get the right pictures and angles (she laid on a freshly mowed lawn and put her legs in mud) to get the shot ‘just right’.
Alexandra was able to get really great pictures in a really short amount of time (about 35 minutes; my baby was getting antsy). And turnaround for a DVD with the pictures came in about 2 days – which was right in time for Father’s Day.
Overall, I would highly recommend Alexandra Chappell Photography. Alexandra was professional, courteous and very efficient. I enjoyed our session and can’t wait to book another!

My husband and I recently moved to the area with our infant son in tow. Even in the midst of a big move, I was eager to make sure we were capturing milestones and taking time to enjoy this time with our little boy. So I booked a photography session with Alexandra.
Working with her was great! We communicated via email and phone, setting up the right time and location for our photo shoot. On the day of, I brought some props that I wanted included, and she came prepared with her own bucket of goodies. She worked really well with our little boy, and it was clear that she was familiar with working with babies. We went through a variety of poses, all while keeping our normally finicky baby entertained — he never had a chance to get antsy because we were putting him in a variety of creative poses and holds.
The turnaround for the photos was incredibly fast, and we were so excited to see the finished product. The photos looked great, and I love that we have digital files so we can print them in a variety of formats. We are looking forward to working with Alexandra again in the future!
