Came to my neighborhood and littered streets, mailboxes, and yards with their flyers. The flyers were all over like tumbleweeds. So embarrassing. Don’t invite them to your neighborhood.

Disappointing customer service, ultimately unreliable. At first Underwood tree service seemed pretty good. Called them for a quote and they came out the next day. They’re not the cheapest tree removal service but not the most expensive either, so I went with them for tree and stump removal.
They came out in a day or two and cut down the tree. One problem, they didn’t remove the stump because the stump guy was busy that day. They assured me they would be back out the next day. So I left them a check to pay for the tree removal, which they came by and picked up. However, once again, the stump was not removed. I texted the owner, Robert, (texting is Robert’s preferred method for contact) and asked him if the stump was going to be removed and he said that they were still out grinding stumps and that he would get an update. That was the last I heard from him. 5 days later and I’ve texted twice asking for more information and if the stump would be removed. There’s been no response.
Luckily I have a policy of not paying until a service is complete, and only paid for the tree removal, so at least I didn’t lose money by paying for the stump grinding ahead of time. But it’s a huge inconvenience to me and will probably end up costing me more money just to get someone to come out and grind a stump. Once Robert got his money he sure didn’t care about completing the whole job.
Buyer beware.
